They are very deceptive they trigger their hands to pay you less than what the win should pay they will have the mega sale and lie to you and tell you that it expired but once you spend your money it suddenly reappear when ever they give you free spins they give it to you on a game that your lucky if you don't $0.5 and on Your Roll back you have to wagger that amount so they rig the casino slots to pay you the minimal I hit hands that should have triggered the sirens and should have won at least $100+ but instead I got no sirens but paid less than $3 on a $1 bet they will freeze the game on your bonus and when you refresh you lost the bonus rounds I've been documenting my game play with them for the past month and I have proof of everything I just described this casino was the one and only casino I played but now I'll be moving on because they are cheats thieves and liars and don't have a concern they will yell you they provided you with a complimentary 20 free spins but never does it hit your account I found of disturbing violations they have committed and I have all the proof I need now to put this out on public and send to the gaming commissioner and the IC3 FBI unit because I can't stand to be cheated when your playing with money you worked for or not every one should have a fair chance to win when they are soevding there money hoping that you'll get ahead and when you find out a casino conducts bad business practices and cheat you out of your winnings is when it becomes a problem So now I can back everything I've complained about up with my documents I've been building I'm going to make sure I tell every body so that they are aware of the chances they are taking and hoping the agencies I send my complaint along with the proof to do something about it and the date of experiences goes back to the beginning of March which is when I started documenting their violations but today's event is what out the nail in the coffin. I FINALLY got an email about my Weekly Rollback. And what was I told? That my EMAIL isnt on some list for promotions. Which is ironic, seeing as I've gotten Weekly Rollbacks BEFORE at THAT email. SO, not only did they lie, but they didnt even rectify the situation. Just tried to say it was my fault lol. Even sent a screenshot SHOWING that I had received emails from them before to my email. And since the person EMAILED me, they obviously had it... I mean, cmon. You would think they would just go "Oh, SuperStar lol VIP hasn't received a RollBack in at least 6 weeks?
