MY USER ID IS Dejavu87 I have been trying to redeem my winnings for 3 days now. I had no issues with the 1st verification. The 2nd verification well thats been a complete joke. I have provided 2 separate bank statements. 3 months worth. Within the last 3 months like requested. Both statements clearly show my name and address just like it says it needs to be. Every submission was denied. I literally worked on the verification for atleast 2 hours. To the point that i no longer have the option to continue verification. I have tried contacting customer support and all I get is an AI bot that says a live customer agent will be available shortly. Well that's been 3 days. I have requested an agent atleast 5 times a day the last 3 days. I have also sent atleast 6 emails asking for support. Asking what my next steps are and what I need to do to complete verification. I have heard nothing!! I have even contacted customer care on messenger and Instagram as suggested. Nothing has had any help with contacting a live customer care agent. I just want to redeem my winnings and to do that I need to complete verification. I don't understand what is so hard about providing customer service to paying customers!!!! I ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS CASINO TO ANY! I DO NOT AGREE THAT THEY DESERVE MORE THAN ONE STAR. I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE DEALING WITH THEM!!! I WOULD AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
