Rolla confiscated $500+ worth of SC! With no warning!
WARNING: ROLLA WILL “EXPIRE” HUNDREDS OF SC FROM YOUR BALANCE WITHOUT WARNING. It’s pretty clear Rolla is trying to create reasons to confiscate your hard earned money. Virtually no other social casino pulls these shenanigans — just play somewhere else.

My story:
I played on Rolla for a few months without much issue. But then I realized Rolla had silently “expired” dozens of the SC bonuses credited with my purchased packages — over 500 Sweepstakes Coins ($500+) — without sending a single warning.
Rolla’s Terms and Conditions have a dedicated section called "Expiry and Forfeiture." That section states that Gold Coins are valid for 60 days from the date they are received and will thereafter automatically expire. It says nothing — not a word — about Sweepstakes Coins expiring. Rolla chose to enumerate what expires in that section and deliberately omitted SC. A reasonable person reading the Terms would conclude that SC doesn't expire, because that's exactly what Rolla's disclosure structure leads you to believe.
However, Rolla buried an SC expiration rule in a separate document, mid-clause in a long section about how to collect coins. Under that rule, your SC expires and then just… disappears! Rolla chose not to include an expiration heading there and chose not to cross-reference from the main Terms. The primary terms actively misleads you; the forfeiture rule is hidden where you would never think to look. Who knows what other tricks they’re hiding.
I never received a single warning. Somehow they manage to send me tons of emails asking me to buy more coins — but didn’t think to mention that the coins I already bought would soon disappear.
I would not recommend playing on Rolla. A platform that deliberately hides forfeiture terms in secondary documents and takes your money with ZERO warning is not a platform that treats its customers fairly. They’re inventing ways to confiscate your money. If not by expiration, I’m sure they’ll find another way.
If this is resolved, I will update this review.
