Got a duplicate charge and they refused to refund
On February the 8th, I had multiple payment methods saved to my account and when I purchased a coin package, two of my card were charged simultaneously. I showed them proof of this but they are refusing to refund the duplicate charge because the site history only shows 1 charge. I asked them to check with their payment processor to confirm the 2 charges but they have not done this or refunded the extra charge.

I've had issues but overall I am satisfied with the games and how well they pay and play. However support is just a ai bot so it doesn't really understand what your talking about. I tried to use chime to verify my address like every other site I play never had any issues here it won't let you wich is why my verification took so long I mean months. Overall good games good pay bad support and verification options.
