I bought my Rockdoor directly from Gap in July 2020 paying £1440.00, already on my 3rd door. The first one bubbled, second one cracked/split and the one I have now has split. Gap Slough did replace my first two doors but now my emails are being ignored. Don't buy these doors if they are going to be directly in the sun, they are not fit for purpose.
Update. Had no contact from Gap or Rockdoor after giving my sales invoice/order number. I work in sales for a well known builders merchant, we would never treat our customers this way, any issue would be resolved within a couple of days. Gap is one of our suppliers, would not recommend to any of my customers.

Front and rear door fitted today. Quality doors fit by excellent professionals. I recommend them to anyone who is considering a new door. 100% satisfied.

Had new rock door fitted today by Mark Frost from Love Windows in Exeter. The quality of the door and fittings cannot be overstated. Mark did a fantastic job of the installation. Highly recommed.

Service from GAP was excellent – responsive and professional throughout.
There was a small scratch on the handle, but it was replaced within days.

We have 2 Rockdoors, front and back, been installed over 4 years, we keep them maintained just like we was advised to do when the installation was complete, they are just as good now as when they where fitted, so I am more than happy to share our experience.

Excellent product and easy sales process

This has been my 2nd Rockdoor over the years had a Hudson style door fitted with a switch latch. It’s made house look fantastic - had a lot of compliments and people asking where my door was from, couldn’t be happier.
I’ve seen some negative reviews and accept that some of these aren’t the manufacture’s issue. I love my door and wouldn’t hesitate to get a third.

The customer service provided by Cullen from product information to assurance on the standard and quality of the product, I’ve had my Rockdoor installed now for just over a year and I’m in agreement of Rockdoor being the best on the market now and will be telling all my family and friends to definitely go with and also the fitters aswell trend joinery all work carried out was performed to a high standard and quality.Pleasure to have working on my house thank you !

Had a Rockdoor Vermont , Ordered and delivered perfect and looks a million dollars. So secure and with laminated and SBD Upgrade. The house is so much warmer now

Had our rockdoor for 7 years now was installed ok no problem but then 7 years after installation we started to notice problems very poor quality door cracks forming humps in door not closing correctly its a joke worst door i ever had. Make matters worse you cant contact the manufacturer can not email them or call them its just a joke.You have to contact the company who installed it we will never use rockdoor again absolute rubbish. Fare enough they will replace the door with the warrenty in place but still they have so many complaints about these problems i mentioned above my advice is dont buy from rockdoor buy from a company that you can actually contact the manufacturer and that can actually build a good quality door unlike rockdoor . AVOID AVOID AVOID

I have had my rock door for at least twenty years. Many of my friends have since purchased the same door, excellent styles and I have to say you will not find any better door.
