We began renting through Robinsons almost a year ago, and from the start they were absolutely fantastic. So approachable, and the process was seamless. We then wanted to buy our first home, I went into Robinsons to ask some questions about the process and again, they were fantastic. The whole process was stress free. Even with the overlap with our rental, they continue to keep us in the loop about new tenants coming in. Their communication is excellent. I’ve never met such nice estate agents, and I’ve dealt with a lot over my time in rental properties! I was so pleased the house we were buying was through Robinsons.
