I have been waiting for a sweater I ordered nov 29. 3 weeks later and no answer from customer service. The original customer service inquiry said they will answer back in 4 days. I called the store and did not get a solution . I will never order from the store anymore. If it’s not in stock in the store don’t order it!

Quality is extremely poor. Sizing is off- too large. I submitted a request for return. They never contacted me back. A complete waste of my money.

I’m doing this review to ask you to bring back the cotton leggings you haven’t had them for over a year you have the Leni leggings witch are very thick and not comfortable at all I like shopping at your stores but if I have to buy cotton leggings elsewhere I won’t be shopping at riccis I. Will give my business to someone else I give a 1 on the Leni leggings

so much for no sale is ever final. I wanted to exchange a pair of jeans that was too big for me. I have the receipt. It was only like a week and a half old, but I didn’t have the tags on the jeans and they would not let me exchange them so don’t believe them when they say no is final

I signed up for a new account at Ricki’s, not realizing they had been merged with another store that I had ordered from previously. They entice you with a 10% discount. They mined this other account and applied a version of an old address to my order. I had just successfully received an order to my current address, and put the same information in at the sign up. So I trusted all was well. They actually sent the order to the old street located on the other side of the country. They are refusing to refund my order. This company receives a complete F for service. They should be shut down.

Return will be on your own expense, cloth sizes are very big and they won't even offer a exchange for them.

Ricki's and Cleo's both the tops are too long. The fabric is not durable too.

As a supplier of Rickis here in Canada , we are very disappointed that they aren’t paying according to their terms . They are long overdue . Their payable department doesn’t respond after repeated emails and calls . Now over 5 months overdue and no idea when we will be paid . Sadly we now have to go public exposing their poor business practices.

I wanted a certain sweater and the colour had to be ordered, Petronella at the Place d"Orleans store was so pleasant and helpful. She ordered the sweater for me and I received it quickly. The service and quality of the clothes is exceptional , the fit is perfect for any size. I highly recommend the store its my favourite.

I placed an order on January 10, 2024. I was really excited about it. Their clothing is usually pretty low quality but sometimes you luck out. They also had a wild sale on. Apparently the sale was so wild, it crashed their site. I get a notice SIXTEEN days later that my order has been shipped, but my two favorite items were sold out from under me because of the glitch. I was refunded. No apology, no promise to make it right, nothing. So now I can't have those items, which I honestly really wanted, I was super excited for them, because these guys can't get their act together and fulfill oldest orders before newest. Just skip this store.

Absolutely love Ricki's! Been a long time client and finally getting around to leave a review. Customer service is phenomenal - whenever I've had an issue, customer service is always there to provide a solution. Quality and style of the clothes is also great! Best part, love supporting a Canadian brand.
