I was a long time customer of Rickis. I will never order anything from them again. I waited 8 weeks for my order at Christmas. Then they cancelled all of it. Non-existent customer service or updates.... Mehr ansehen

Terrible Customer Service and Missing Item – No Response!

I am extremely disappointed with Ricki’s customer service. I placed an order that included two items, but only one was delivered. The packing slip clearly showed 2 items ship one only, No response for the 2nd one was missing from the package.

I immediately contacted customer service because I urgently needed the missing item for a holiday photoshoot the next day. Despite explaining the urgency and requesting same-day delivery, I received no response at all. Being ignored in a time-sensitive situation is unacceptable.

This experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and has caused unnecessary stress. I expected much better service and accountability. I will seriously reconsider shopping with Ricki’s again.

Impossible to get help from customer service

They didn’t ship one of the items I ordered (and paid for), and it has been so difficult to get assistance from customer service to rectify the issue. Several weeks have gone by, and it is difficult to get them to even answer my emails, let alone do something. There is no customer service available by phone. Buyer beware…I will not be shopping there again.

Charged for an order that never came

Used to be a loyal customer of Rickis for decades. I unfortunately will not be shopping here anymore

Since new ownership, the brand has gone completely downhill. I placed an online order, my credit card was charged. Their service standards indicate it will take 3 days to ship. It's now been 3 weeks. I have sent multiple emails with no reply.

I've taken this to my credit card company. I have no faith in this brand anymore. Shame, it used to be such a trusted and quality store.

Order didn't ever ship, tried to bill twice and no response by email (the only way to contact)

I placed an order on October 1st (20 days ago) to ship to store. They took the payment that day. No shipping and have sent three emails and they haven't replied instead what did they do they just tried to take the payment they put through on October 1st out again - and still no replies.

It is sad I have been shopping with Rikki's and Cleo for years. I can guarantee this isn't the same store - customer should be very wary - they don't even post a phone number to speak to a real person and they definitely don't respond to emails (over a week since first one sent).

Do not order online

I placed an online order, when it finally arrived there was an item missing from my order (though it showed on the slip and I was charged). In store I asked a clerk about this and she mentioned that she heard it was happening a lot (many other customers complaining) and the only thing I could do was to contact customer service. I contacted customer service who said I would be refunded -I had to email a few times inquiring the refund before it was processed. They've lost my business

I do not recommend ordering online

I do not recommend ordering online. It took almost a month for my items to be delivered and did not even receive them. The customer service told me to ask my family and friends to help me look for it and go to my local post office to look for them. They refused to give me a refund because it was supposedly delivered to my house and that they have good faith that it was delivered. Just go to the store if you really want to buy from them. Never again I will shop online at Ricki’s.

Not honouring gift cards

I had a Rickis gift card that they would not honour! I was told it has been bought by a new company and are not honouring gift cards!! The name of the store and the bill is from Ricki’s yet they won’t honour a Ricki’s gift cards- this is BS!

Extremely disappointed by their…

Extremely disappointed by their customer service. There was a sale and I tried to process my transaction multiple time and continued to get an error. I emailed customer service while the sale was still on and all I got back was that there were 800 orders and only a handful of people had issues so they would not honor the 20% discount. This was my response and they have not responded to me:
"That is extremely poor customer service. I don't need to know the statistics of what worked for you, I had an issue and followed your steps online for troubleshooting and they did not work. I reached out during the time of the sale and you won't honor the sale because it was fine for others. You obviously are not looking to keep me as a customer based on your responses. "

I used to like Rikkis and over the years, I have ordered several clothes online, and never had a problem. Lately, I ordered a pair of Skylar skinny jeans with embrodered detail, and a romper. They sent me a plain pair of jeans, and the sizing is really off. A size 12 always fit before, now it is made too small.
I had to request a refund because it was not the item that I ordered.

Terrible customer service

Placed an online order from Cleo and Rickie’s . They took the money ; however to took almost 3 weeks to ship. Went to pick it up ; only half the order was there. Still waiting for the second half . It’s been close to a month now. I contacted customer service; they said I can’t cancel the order or get a refund unless I do it at the store . I explained the order isn’t there . They said if I don’t pick it up after 60 days the send they donate to charity. I refuse to take a day off work to accommodate their store hours as it’s located in a business centre.They need to have better customer service. Especially someone that understands what you’re trying to say. The communication is awful. They sizing and quality has gone down hill since they “ closed “ and re opened.

Scammers

Ordered from them May 26, 2025.
Never got a delivery date.
Finally told it was supposedly delivered a month later, but it never was.
After multiple emails asking who supposedly delivered it, because 2 companies are on strike here. They refused to answer me.
Only offered me a 60 percent refund because they lost shipping cost
I am the customer, they lost it at best or never shipped it all but I lose money on it.
They deserve to go bankrupt.
Worst customer service, avoiding, disrespectful company I have ever dealt with.
Good riddance to them!
If I could rate them a negative number I would.
Do not deal with them! It is a tax right off for them as a capital gains/loss but still refuse to refund the money.
Website is total BS!

SCAM!

I thought I was ordering something from ricki's but it was from rickmodeonline instead. They are a conplete SCAM! I ordered 2 dresses and was given a tracking number. It said that it was delivered but I never received the order. I e-mailed the customer service and was told it was delivered and it was not their problem that I did not receive the items. Please DO NOT ORDER from them!

I would give them a ZERO

I would give them a ZERO. This store is a scam and is dipping people. Stop buying from them. I spent over $140 or so and unfortunately never received any products. Instead what I got was a cheap cheap cheap blue tee shirt which I never ordered. When I tried to email them several times they kept making excuses and I never got my order nor my refund. People do not buy from them. Karma will come to them one day for scamming people. This stir and their customer service is BS AND FULL OF SCAMS AND A LIE. Don’t worry one day you will be caught for ripping off international customers.

Gift card issues

Shame on rickis saying that they can't accept the gift cards while stores are still open that they gave me on December didn't give any info about closing just one month old. As a customer I never received an email about them shutting down . I am losing 150$

I know Rick's is closing however, they took my loyalty points. I had $15.00 in loyalty points and they are refusing to apply them to my order. They are not responding to my emails either. I have been a loyal customer for several years and this is the thanks I get???

Worst online retail store ever

It’s been almost two weeks of online order, neither received my items not able to track the shipment. Customer service doesn’t answer calls and in email they keep saying items in transit. Deliberate and very low way to sale their items online.
