Great TV shame about all those menus
I ordered the TV through customer sales and it was delivered within a couple of days. Process was very easy and the Tv was delivered within the time slot and into the living room. It was easy to put up, put the stand together screw it to the back of the TV and put it in place. The only setup problem I had was with WIFI as it has its own set of Location details, once entered it connected.
The picture quality was brilliant especially on Freeview SD channels. Old programs Dads Army etc. looked very good.
The remote control is taking a lot of getting used to. buttons on my old LG remote, Info, Switching input, Screen Ratio, seem to have been replaced by lots of menus and it takes a while to find them. Also I cant find how to switch from Freeview to Freesat. The obvious place for this would be the TV/Inputs screen, but I haven't found a way to add it.

Bought by telesales to avoid soulless online experience. Spoke to very professional and friendly salesmanager (Vic). Everything went perfectly and he arranged exact delivery schedule which was met.

Transaction was smooth but web site was wrong
Transaction was smooth, delivery was quick however the product description on the web site was wrong, in two different ways. Whilst the errors (no remote included, no FM Tuner/DAB) were significant, I ended up keeping the product

Obviously mistakes will occur from time to time but I have since had words with our head of ecommerce to ensure we do a better job of updating our website so our valued customers don’t have this kind of hassle.

I had to deal with Richer Sounds Telesales to arrange a purchase because I live in a remote part of the UK. I spoke with John who was very professional and who sorted everything out for me.
