Purchase of Panasonic TV
Sales team were extremely efficient. Deliver and installation were as promised. Only slight hiccup was the registration of the warranty with Panasonic which was a Panasonic error

Excellent telesales service and great price. Delivery bang on time too. Only issue - delivery was to the wrong address, even after we went through the delivery address very carefully. So lose a star for that

Minor but annoying.would not let my post code Pa16 0lf directly online. 1st call was disconnected. 2nd was excellent. I stay 25 from Glasgow 90% motorway so you really need to upgrade you location to access.
Nearly went elsewhere.
However glad i didn't.
