Really (!!) bad customer service!
I ordered a SOLID Hallway over a month ago. I received the wrong color stick and wrote to Result Objects at 2 different emailadresses and on Instagram. Still got no answer and still not have the right color stick.
There’s no phone number to call.
I’m happy I just ordered the one thing. I will never recommend or order at Result Objects again!
I ordered a coatrack that was damaged when it arrived. I tried to contact them to hear my options. I got a response after 3 weeks saying they needed pictures - which I replied with the same day. Then after countless emails from my side I got a respond 1 month later saying they had been on summer break for 2 weeks - but it had already been almost 2 months since my first email to them. Their response was that they needed me to return the item and then they could send me a new one og try to fix it. I wanted a refund because it had taken so long for them to respond and I wasn’t interested in waiting any longer. They eventually agreed on that and sent me a label to send the item back. Luckily this last part was quick and they handled the refund fast. But the icing on the cake was that they have charged me for shipping of a damaged item! And now I haven’t gotten and answer since asking them if that really can be true that I have to pay that!
So yeah you better hope the product is good the first time because the customer service is awful and it’s almost impossible to get in contact with anyone.
Not sure why they've gotten some bad reviews - I'm very happy with my experience. I ordered a shoe rack and it was delivered within two weeks, just as expected. I could also track the order as soon as it was shipped. I had some questions before ordering, and they always responded promptly and were very helpful. I was also really pleased with the product - high quality and super easy to mount. Highly recommend!

our package was not deliverid within the delivery time. It came 2 weeks later but the product is exactly like the pictures. No scam company, just slow delivery.

We did a order 2 weeks ago - also got one email. A confirmation of our order. Since then we have not got any notice. I also guess it seems to be a scam company!!!

Young company with not so good fulfilment and customer service speed. But good products.
Ordered a 60 cm shoe rack, it took weeks to arrive. Fine, except they sent me the wrong size (80 cm). Sent it back to them, and now six weeks and many emails later I still have not been refunded the TWO HUNDRED AND SEVENTY POUNDS they owe me for the product, return shipping fees, and customs fees. At this point it seems they have stolen my money.

thank you for your review! But didn't we just clarify this today? You have received a full refund and we have asked you for further account details to transfer the additional shipping costs you paid. We are very sorry that you received the wrong item, this was simply human error. Due to customs and our summer break, we received your return later and unfortunately could not process it sooner.
We are very sorry that this has been so unfortunate, but shipments and returns to the UK can sometimes be a little complicated.
Please double check, you must have received the payback as well as E-Mails that proof that. And please provide the bank account details for the remaining amount. We explained that via shop chat.
