The initial process with these guys was a little bumpy, but there are systems in place to make sure a lot of that gets smoothed over and that the root cause issues don’t continue any further along.

Overall, we are very happy with the quality of the system and how it all works. Plus, the support is great. They call us so often just to make sure we are completely across everything.

The whole process has been smooth and low touch for me. Resinc handled everything end to end. Now we simply get to enjoy the benefits of solar. The follow up calls and visits have also been really helpful, they have provided a lot of insight on how to better use of our system.

Over the last 3 years with these guys, they have come out 4 times! They make sure our plans with energy providers are good, the system is working so well, and they have kept our bills low the whole time!

I am so impressed with the battery and the way it's managing my bills. Power prices are only going to keep going up, so having a battery is a real safety net.
I encourage everyone to get one and as big as you can afford! The app gives you a lot of control over how you manage and use your energy as well!

Resinc is an expensive company, but I must say you do get quality service. The level of customer care is unlike any other solar company I have spoken with. My electrician was really impressed with the workmanship of our battery which was really reassuring.

He popped up with great energy, super friendly and not pushy at all. Knowing they support the Central Coast Surf Clubs gave me total peace of mind that their gear could brave our wildest coastal weather, and having their own dedicated in-house team made the whole setup feel safe and seamless. The quote was wonderfully competitive, and now the sunshine works magic on our bills! Running the pool pump and dryer on pure daylight has slashed our costs, leaving our electricity bill sitting happily in credit. I honestly think everyone should catch these rays - highly, highly recommended!

There were a few delays when it came to installation of our battery but everything was installed and working great. The people and the service have been consistent and the sales guy was legitimate and made it clear what we were purchasing.

The after-sales support from Indi and the other post-installation reps has been amazing. We just keep learning as we go - we haven't even had the system for 12 months yet, but we've already learnt so much from the post-installation reps and the app, so it's very useful to have those resources at hand

Our winter bills have dropped to a third of the price. It might take us 5-6 years before we see a return on investment, but our results are great. I am very happy with our system.

Joss, the sales person, he was quite helpful and informative. He really focused on my needs and made sure the battery was sized appropriately. Installation all went smooth, they even accommodated a last minute change for the battery location which I was pleased with. I am really happy with my Anker battery.

The ongoing support and help has been great. We didn’t realise it would be continuous support beyond installation. When you go with the right company, they will look after you. Tayla who has visited us a couple of times has also been very helpful.

With the knowledge of energy prices continuing to increase, being self-sufficient with solar was the goal. Product warranties and making sure the suppliers have a local presence in Australia was very important to me. Resinc also has quality installers with proper certifications. I have had no issues since our installation.

We used Resinc for our solar installation, whilst Resinc is not the cheapest option we prioritised quality and using a well reputed company over price given that hazards an imperfect installation could cause. We do not regret that decision. The whole experience was flawless and Resinc's periodic post installation support and engagement is a testament to their commitment to providing a high quality service to their customers.
