We’ve already had a post install visit with these guys, and now with a second time around, they have helped us without bills and made sure everything is working as it should!

After a year from installation, the battery has maintained its capacity and has kept the house running for most of the day and exceeds expectations.

Unbelieve service! The follow up service has exceeded our expectations. Companies often offer service service but disappear once they have your money, these guys have followed through. With the way the world is going, we are so happy we purchased solar with Resinc, and having $0 bills has been wonderful.

I think Resinc has been quite reliable. Initially I felt they were too expensive. But now having purchased a Sungrow system with them, I understand that their service is well worth the peace of mind. The installation on our heritage listed property was something I was concerned about, but they did a fantastic job.

The initial consult was excellent, but I am in the middle of a long wait for approval, and I am doing all the chasing and emailing. This process has not been clearly outlined and new requests for documents after 5 weeks of waiting is frustrating.

We got our system in 2023, we were happy with the whole installation process and its been working well for us! Our bills were up around $900 and over the last 3 years we've barely had a bill! We would really recommend Resinc Solar, and their fantastic company

The post installation service is a point of difference to other solar companies. I like the yearly check ins to follow up on the app, best practices and checking our energy plans. It’s a nice reminder.

It's all been smooth sailing. A year and a half later, we have had no issues with our solar. Our bills have more than halved and we are quite happy.

The follow up visits with Resinc have given us great advice on how to take better advantage of our Franklin battery during the winter months. They have such a helpful service to ensure we are doing the right thing. Now having the battery, our solar is working like a dream.

There was nothing that didn’t go to plan. The installer really knew exactly what he was doing. As somebody who does a lot of building of my own, I was pleased to see how much care he took regarding the presentation of it. There are much cheaper batteries, but you get what you pay for.

Their communication is great and the system worked straight away which was such a relief!
