I love this product, and this company makes it so quick and easy to quickly order what I need!

I have used Ren face products for many years, and they have been really good in the past. However in these post COVID / inflationary times we live in, like all things, their products have clearly gone downhill, and you now get less in the package, and the quality is not the same.

I recently bought 3x Micro Polish Cleansers from a pharmacy in London. I started using one, which felt half empty, and it was totally dried out. I then started using the 2nd one which felt half empty too, and was far too runny and wet. This happened during COVID as well last year, and it’s clear they have changed how they produce this product to save money.

I went to the pharmacy who told me I would have to goto Ren as it’s product related. I reported this to Ren customer service, who asked a lot of questions about the batch numbers etc (clearly knowing they have some faulty batches), and then bizzarely said there is nothing they could do, it’s the problem of the pharmacy?! Not sure how the retailer becomes responsible for the poor quality of the product!

It’s such a shame, as it’s just another example of what used to be a great product, now costing more for a far worse experience.

When I started to work with a skin specialist I expected the outcome to be a complete recommendation combining current REN products I use with replacements and new products. After a week of repeatedly requesting this never got it. Not sure why this was so hard. Very difficult to work with.

My experience over the past 5 years with REN products is exceptional. I really love the quality of their projects for older skin, the ingredients are pure and my skin looks and feels healthy. The package is also very simple and environmentally correct and not wasteful and my order always arrives on time.

Very straight forward ordering process, swift dispatch and minimal, recyclable packaging. What’s not to love?! Then there’s the epic products. Switching to REN a couple of years ago was one of my best moves.

I’ve been using REN products 10 years, and it’s the only product I’ve found that keeps my skin feeling clean, but not tight, and not greasy or dry. It’s more expensive than some products, but better value than many out there.

Wow! This product is absolutely amazing. I’ve only used it a couple of times, but this morning, I have seen significantly fewer blackheads on my face. But there are a couple of downsides to it:

- Seal: You have to physically break it, but in doing so, I think I lost a chunk of the product. Made me kinda upset after struggling with it for <5 min
- Downsizing: 150 mL (Ren) vs 240 mL (Clear & Calm), there is a BIG difference. However, I’d still go with Ren. It has done a better job of clearing up my skin so I always plan to use it in the future.
- Pricing: Even after I used a 20% discount, the product is a bit pricey ($30+). You can get cheaper products with Innisfree, but I chose Ren bc Ren is beautiful on the skin while clean on the planet. I don’t want to have a fresh-looking face while polluting the Earth, so IMO that justified Ren’s higher price.

Very disappointed. The package I received was opened on the side and very disheveled condition. All of the items inside were removed from their packaging & the glow and protect serum did not have a plastic lid.

I can always rely on Ren products to sort out my difficult skin.

Excellent service! Fantastic products

So far so good. The products I ordered are doing their jobs. My face feels cleaner, my acne has got a bit worse at the moment but this hopefully will calm down as I get used to the products. Items are easy to order & track, the website is good but the problem of no ingredients lists needs sorting. I like the points system for loyalty as you can treat yourself now & again.

Lovely hand was and shower gel. Well packaged and quick delivery.

Within days of starting to use the Evercalm Redness Relief Serum I noticed visible improvement around my cheeks and nose, redness has continued to reduce over the past few weeks. Great product and now a part of my daily routine!

REN products are cruelty free and excellent quality. They always give you a little extra for free and I love the way you can accrue points to spend on products.
