The day cream and night cream feel very good on your skin. Non greasy and green formula. Love the way it feels on my skin.

Delivery still hasn’t arrived and customer service haven’t resolved the issue

I initially contacted Ren Skincare with an inquiry and their response was quick and helpful. I placed an order which arrived quickly and the products were amazing! I would definitely recommend purchasing from this company.

Not only are the products amazing and effective, the customer is service is 10/10. I had a query regarding a product I bought a while ago and when I contacted the customer support team they were very helpful/ detailed in the information they provided - they were also quite quick to respond.

Just received the products. The lid to my serum was broken. Just tried the products. So far so good.

I'm living in the south east of France and I order the products online since they are not available anymore in shops here. I placed my order on Christmas Day and received it 5 days later on the 30 December.

By giving one star, I am being generous. I ordered product on December 7, 2022. I received a tracking number that was useless. When I contacted customer service they emailed me back saying it was my fault if the address that product was sent to was incorrect. The address was, in fact, correct! I have sent email to company and as of today, I have not received a satisfactory answer. If this is not resolved in a timely fashion, I will contact my attorney generals office to lodge a complaint

I ordered on the 15 December today is the 27th have not heard from them There is no phone number or any means of contact or customer service Very Very disappointed feeling ripped off

I've been using REN products for over 20 years. I mostly order on line now and find the service to be great. Always quick to arrive, and products that do what they say on the bottle. I use the night cream, shampoo and conditioner (nothing else detangles my long hair so well) and the glycolactic mask. Please never stop making these products!

I love the magnesium lotion you guys have ! Its moisturizing and not greasy at all. It smells great and amazingly it's not harmful to the environment! It's a healthy product that isnt bogged down by preservatives. It's pure and natural!

I have been using the Ren products on my face now for over 10 years, and always have comments about not looking my age since I turn 65 next month! I love these products as they work on my sensitive skin wonderfully!!
