Regenexx has made it possible for me to function with little pain and little down time. I've had it done several times and it's working well!

mri shows three bulging discs. had prp
therapy completed and the pain was eliminated for two weeks. back to pain level 9. appears the success rate for prp for disc problems is minimal at best. extremely expensive for benefit received. larry fuller

I have had many procedures done for my facet arthritis at the Denver location. The doctors are professional and extremely knowledgeable. I can't have steroids and the platelet procedures to my facets gives me good pain relief for 3-6 months at a time with absolutely no side effects. I had stem cells to my facets in the Cayman also but the results were only slightly better than PRP. I am a tough case and my doctor goes above and beyond to help me. However, the procedures are quite pricey. You can drop $2000 on spinal PRP easily, but traditional medicine has nothing to offer that will help. Steroids and fusion just lead to more problems down the road. I give 5 stars for the doctors and procedures but minus 1 star for price.

The first, very expensive, procedure did not work. It was the platelet injection procedure. Now I'm going through the nerve block on my back. First the left side, and now my right side. I hope it works.

It has been 11 months and I am not having numbness in my legs after walking or standing more than 30 minutes. The symptoms went away or eased up after about 2 months and got better as time progressed. Strengthening and core muscle exercises help.
The procedure was easy and there were no side effects. I would highly recommend. It relieves my issues and hopefully will give me several years without surgery.

Dr. Derrington did the most comprehensive, thorough workup/exam I have ever received. I had multiple problems associated
with pain in my left leg. My left leg was fractured and set out of alignment many years ago. . I also have scoliosis and age-related arthritis. He made excellent suggestions such as an x-ray to rule out leg length and was very attentive when removing fluid from my knee.
Dr, Derrington and his assistant made me comfortable throughout the stem cell surgery. I am very pleased with the results although I
some limitations which can be associated with my age or scoliosis.
I recommend the nonsurgical procedure. Dr. Derrington and Regenexx.

Everyone is professional and knowledgeable at the facility I used. My first procedure (PRP) lasted about 5 months. I then tried stem cell on both knees. It only lasted 3-4 months.
I am back to worse symptons than when I started.
I feel that the 3mo/6mo/and 1yr checkups are a waist of time as nothing was looked at or anything done except ask how I was feeling.
Because of my outcome and the LARGE amount of money I spent to try and have less pain I would not recommend this path of treatment. I am now back to hyaluronic acid shots with better response than the stem cell!! and no cost to me!!

I have been struggling with pain in my cervical and thoracic spine for over 20 years. I had 3 prp injection at the Centeno Clinic done by dr Azuike. The last injection was in April 2019. My improvement is incredible. Dr Azuike is a very good doctor, very caring.

I was very pleased with my stem cell procedures - on both knees! I was able to do some easy skiing about 4 months post-procedure. I had a few minor twinges in different places in my knees, but NOT in the spots that had previously been very painful. I was so impressed!

it's only been two and a half weeks since my shot. my knee was tender for about 10-12 days but is getting better now. over all my knee is better than before the first shot last oct. it has leveled off and hadn't changed much in the last 3-4 months. we will see what the new shot does and if there is any improvement. I hope so.

I would go with Regenexx above surgery. The knee I had done with Regenexx feels normal and has less pain and was much more easy for recovery time. The movement feels so normal compared to my knee I had knee replacement done on. Pain was nothing compared to knee replacement.

They have a caring staff and doctors who actually spend time with you before and after the treatment. I've had two procedures with success both times.

10 months ago I could not walk. My left hip was gone; bone on bone, osteoarthritis. My doctor told me..."it's really bad Tami", upon seeing my xrays. I was in constant pain at the level of 10 and above for over 10 years, if that is possible to understand. I hobbled through my day, working and trying to live. Friends would say that it was painful to watch me try and walk. Doctors and technicians who viewed my xrays and tests would ask me how I was even hobbling. This experience has changed me. I'm a new person, more thankful, more humble, with a greater sense of purpose and ...faith. Good things can happen. They should happen in our lives. Thank you Regenexx and Dr. Richnak. I believe we get what we settle for in life, I'm glad I didn't accept any thing less than the best for my life.

I had PRP injections in my lower back for a 3-4 disc tear and 4-5 bulging disc. The injections did not cure the problem but I definitely got relief for the last 8 months. The change I noticed the most was, if I set off my back symptoms by overdoing it, my symptoms went away the next day after a nights sleep. I did not need to take any non-steroidal medication. My symptoms are coming back again and I am back to taking the non-steroidals. I would like to try the stem cell injections but the cost is prohibited. I applaud Regenexx for making this available. I would love to go down to the out of country facility where they are doing stem cell expansion and Biasing and be treated there. This will probable be the cure some day.

This was the best way I could have handled a micro tear in my ankle ligament. It cost less than having a surgery, after paying copays and time away from work. Plus if it didn't work I wasn't out much. I have had 100% recovery and I refer all my friends to them. They are much more thorough than other clinics I went to for consultations and gave me excellent customer service and follow ups. Just a word about my history the same thing happened 12 years before to my other ankle and I had surgery. It did not last and has caused many problems for that ankle. So to me it was worth every dollar to have one good ankle. Thank god for the new technology.
