I love the reminder service
I love the reminder service, they emailed me based on my order from last year and I bought again this year. They delivered the very next day. I got an email when they had delivered as it was a gift, they were fresh and pretty. Slightly smaller bouquet than usual but I put that down to the season and the types of flowers so cannot be helped.

Thank you for your review Emma. You are also correct is saying that prices do fluctuate throughout the whole year, not just during the colder months. However, that is more prevalent this year as Dutch flower growers have had substantial energy price hikes (as we all have) and it's obviously having an effect on keeping their glasshouses heated (all flowers in Holland are grown under glass at this time of year). Many growers in Holland have ceased flower production completely during the winter months as it's not financially feasible for them to carry on. Demand remains the same throughout Europe for fresh flowers however supply has been drastically curtailed. Less supply means higher prices pretty much across the board, fortunately the quality of flowers remains as high as ever.
Rays florist made a beautiful cross
Rays florist made a beautiful cross for my mother’s funeral. It was fresh, just as colourful as the one shown on the web site photos and by keeping it topped up with water, it lasted for days after the funeral. Would definitely use them again.

Great customer service.
The flowers my cousin received were lovely however by the next day some had started to wilt! She rang Rays who asked her to send photos, she did this and a couple of days later she had a new bunch delivered, excellent service and obviously I will use them again….thank you Rays.

I phone the florist twice a year for flowers to be delivered to a church grave they have followed the instructions I gave them perfectly every time and sends a photo of the flowers

Went in to organise funeral flowers
Went in to organise funeral flowers. Advice given on ideas etc, really helpful. Flowers on the day looked amazing. The colours were vibrant and the shape, fullness and freshness of the arrangement was just lovely. We had 2 teardrops and a florists posie.
