Went in to organise funeral flowers. Advice given on ideas etc, really helpful. Flowers on the day looked amazing. The colours were vibrant and the shape, fullness and freshness of the arrangement was just lovely. We had 2 teardrops and a florists posie. Will definitely use again, only wish I could upload a picture. Thank you Rays Florist.

Just a quick note to say thank you for the beautiful flowers for our wedding last weekend. We have had so much feedback to say how beautiful they were, and you literally could not have found a better colour match with the bridesmaid's flowers to their dresses!

It has been an absolute pleasure working with you over the past 2.5 years, and appreciate all of your efforts in being so accommodating with the many challenges we have had to put up with in the planning of the big day! But hey, we got there in the end, and couldn't have asked for anything more.

I used Rays for funeral flowers. They listened to my requirements and followed them to the letter. The arrangement was stunning, just what I wanted and delivered as requested. They also advised me by email when this was done. They were a pleasure to do business with and would thoroughly recommend them. We need to use these small independents to keep them going. They were so easy to talk to and very polite and understanding. Well done. 👏🏻👏🏻

I ordered some flowers recently for someone who wasn't very well to cheer them up. Ray's made a beautiful, brightly coloured hand tied bouquet which the recipient was delighted with! Ray's were really helpful and very pleasant to deal with and I will definitely use them again. I have ordered from them previously and was equally as pleased with the flowers as I was on this occasion.

Sadly there was a mishap with my order, a 60th balloon was delivered with my flowers that my partner had surprised me with for Valentine’s Day. The delivery driver then came back and apologised for the confusion and took the flowers back and said they would rectify this within 5 minutes. The driver then knocked a third time and handed me back the exact same bunch I had just returned to them after saying they had delivered mine to another lady in my street however she was out so couldn’t retrieve my order. The flowers provided had more purple foliage and other styles to what was originally ordered. As you can probably imagine my partner was extremely frustrated due to the balloon and the bouquet not matching the photo, the wrapping and ribbon were also different colours to the photo along with foliage. At first the shop admitted fault which may I add was there fault due to messing up the orders with another lady called Jade in my street. In my opinion this is lack of due care and attention. After a few phone calls from my partner, firstly the lady admitted fault and then the man decided to provide utterly disgusting customer service via the phone and would not admit any fault. His attitude towards the situation was not professional at all. So I then was asked by my partner to return the flowers to the shop and get a refund. The lady shop assistants did understand the point of the foliage not matching the photos but apparently this is normal and proceeded to disagree. Sadly we both disagree and to have come in the shop to see the exact foliage in the photo in stock was also disappointing as there clearly was no reason for my order to not look like the photo provided online. I understand Valentine’s Day can be stressful for florists however when things go wrong, a better service could have been provided in this situation. There was absolutely no need for the man’s poor customer service and bad attitude via the phone after spending £70.00 to help a small local business. Sadly we will not be using rays florist in the future and will not recommend to any local neighbours, friends or family. A refund was given after being expected to deliver back my own surprise bouquet on Valentine’s Day, thank you very much for the poor service lack of remorse, even more so the disappointment on Valentine’s Day.
