Horrendous customer service
Some of the worst and most incompetent customer service imaginable.
Received some incorrect products, it happens. However it took me nearly 2 months to convince them they had sent me the incorrect product for them only to cease communication after saying they'd sort a resolution.
Doesn't help they don't have a phone line.

Good for my small touch ups
I ordered my cars colour and it arrived quicker than expected. I had no issue using the spray can, it went on fine and has covered an area well.
I will be getting the whole bonnet professionally resprayed as I am no pro, but to cover the peeling areas needed, its worked well.

Good Afternoon,
Here at Rapid Paints we are still fully established and trading to this day. I believe you have accidentally obtained some incorrect information. We kindly ask that you update your review. The company that closed in 2018 must be a different company with a similar trading name. If you would like to contact us please contact our support team info@rapidpaints.co.uk
Many Thanks
The Rapid Paints Team
Problem solved quickly
Ordering was very easy. Got damaged in transit. I had problems trying the chat app but emailed the company they replied quickly and sent the replacement thinner etc that had fallen out. Really good service will use again. Paint was good too. 👍

Not so Rapid Paints
Ordered Paint with Next day delivery. 2 days later I contact the company and this is the response "Our courier has advised that your parcel was returned to their depot as it is bigger than expected. They will repack the items and will be delivered asap" "I sincerely ask apologies for the delays but this is out of our control and we aren't aware that our courier has updated restrictions on the size of the parcel".
Paint received this morning, thanks

Good Morning, sorry to hear you did not have a good experience with our parcel delivery service. We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. Unfortunately our courier did not notify us of new parcel size restrictions and this was the first parcel sent out over the new size restriction. As advised your parcel was repacked at the distribution centre and posted back out to you. If you paid for next day delivery please contact our customer services team who will be happy to refund this for you.
2K paint and activator
Purchased 2K paint and activator for my car (code 300 BMW Alpine White).
Rapid Paints are the first company to get the colour and shade correct. Definitely will purchase again.
Thanks.

Hi, thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have spoken with our Customer Services team, unfortunately there was some confusion with the payment method related to your order, our apologies for this confusion. We can see you paid via Card. Your order was delivered on the 23rd of May at 4:41PM by Evri. I have just checked for you now and a proof of delivery photo is available on your Evri tracking link which we emailed to you the other day.
Many Thanks

Thank you for leaving your feedback.
Right colour provided quickly.
Rapid paints provided me with the correct colour spray cans for an obsolete Vauxhall colour (Spectral Blue). The customer service team advised me how to order a 'custom colour' using the code via their web site. I had provided the colour code to another provider previously, but this resulted in the wrong colour being provided. I asked Rapid Paints for spay cans with the same code and they got it spot on. They also sent the paint very quickly, allowing me to continue my restoration job.
I have used Rapid Paints previously, to provide a current Citroen colour. That was also spot on, so I will not waste time and money going elsewhere in future.

We are sorry to hear you did not have a good experience with us. Your order was collected from our warehouse and scanned into the collection van on the 23rd of April at 13:03 however Evri did not deliver until the 8th of May at 12:35. This is a very rare occurrence of a parcel being delivered late, 97% of our orders are delivered on-time. My expectation is that this parcel was lost and then found. I can see that our customer services team has refunded your order, I am happy to see we arrived at this decision. Kind Regards the Rapid Paints team.
Would use again
Ordered from this company before, again fast service and perfect colour match!
