Rapid Paints UK Bewertungen

I ordered paint for my door but it leaked in transit. I contacted customer service and they kindly sent me a replacement.

I ordered the primer, paint and lacquer 3 piece set. All items arrived securely and packaged well. The products themselves are fantastic and work really well. Would definitely use again.

Colour shade was spot on, very happy

Untrustworthy. Courier failed to deliver, but claimed they did. No proof of delivery shared. Rapid Paints no help - in fact, they argued the item was delivered; the evidence they used to support this view was the POD from the replacement item that I ordered when it wasn’t delivered the first time. Had to claim back from the bank. Rapid Paint disputed this. Absolutely disgraceful and fraudulent behaviour. I got my money back from the bank.

Really fast delivery, plus follow up email on order received and when dispatched. great service

Absolutely useless company. Sent my order to an address I don't know that somehow appeared on my order. After emailing them asking how this has happened received to pointless replies from them.
Will deal with their mess myself.

Good communication, delivered on time, the product was as described, and did the job I required it to do !!

I was worried about finding the exact match due to having a pearl effect colour but Rapid Paints was perfect! Excellent prices, good choice of products and rapid delivery. After someone ripped off my wing mirror cover and drove off ruined my friday on the way home from work, my new one painted with Rapid Paints is absolutely perfect!

Delivery was very quick and the quality of the paint was excellent.Originally I ordered one can as I was only spraying some brown upvc glazing beads from a double door white.I had to order another two cans, using two and a half altogether which proved quite expensive.
I would still use rapid paints purely because of the final finish which was great.

Lots of choice for all my painting needs, priced well and promptly despatched.I would certainly recommend Rapid Paints.

It sounds like a very frustrating experience, especially when you pay extra for a service that doesn't deliver on its promise. If the company explicitly states that next-day delivery is not guaranteed

Customer support is first class. There was an issue with the wrong colour Touch up paint, but this was resolved really quickly and with absolutely no problems.

The next-day delivery is not guaranteed or even attempted!! I have asked for a refund for the next-day delivery that I requested and paid for, but I know they will never refund it. This is the second time I have used this company, and the second time they have failed to deliver on time. If you want a next-day service, do not use them. [EDIT] They have confirmed, they will not refund as the next day delivery is not guranteed, I understand that it may be out of their control, hence they can't guarantee it, however, they can stand their ground and I'll continue to think they are an awful company to deal with!

I have had experience of using this company previously and I highly recommend them, their paint is of high quality and delivery was very prompt.

Newer had any issues with rapid paints very quick delivery well packaged highly recommend i will use them again and again

Placed an order and paid extra for Express Next Day Delivery. The order did not arrive, I checked the tracking to find that it had only been received boy the courier at the end of the day it was due to be delivered. I used the 'Live Chat' service on the website only to be informed that 'It's not our fault, we are not responsible, the courier has told us they will deliver in 24 to 48 hours'. They just could not see that this was unacceptable!! Dreadful service, I will definitely never use them again

I have purchased paints from Rapid a number of times and always been happy with the quality and service - in fact, with my recent purchase there was a problem with an offer voucher, but, no problem - all sorted quickly and efficiently - highly recommend if you want quality & service.

Never had an issue with these guys, good quality products and fast delivery. This is my go to place for paint supplies

I ordered next day delivery at 8am on Tuesday and it now won't be here until Friday. Have paid for the next day delivery service and wont be refunded until they speak to the courier. Not my problem their courier or them have messed this up. Terrible service.

Used a touch up kit on small marks on Seat Leon. Results were excellent, with good colour match,& finish. Had spray cans + lacquer while ago from Rapid for Passat, covered a wing with great success.
