I had issues with the crank mechanism on my pro's pro Tennis racket stringer and was looking to replace mechanism. Unfortunately after discussing with Racquet depot the crank they stock was incompatible, but rather than finish there they took the time and effort to assist further - providing me with technical documentation which helped me resolve my issue with the crank. Excellent Customer service!

Purchased a new tennis racket and a reel of strings from Racquet Depot UK. I really like the prices on their tennis products - they tend to be significantly cheaper than buying in the United States. I live in California, and I got the items as expected. I used the cheapest shipping option so it took 3 weeks to arrive, but I expected that it would take a bit longer since it's overseas. I am happy with my experience at Racquet Depot.

I purchased a tennis ball machine from Racquet Depot. Unfortunately, there was a fault with it straight out of the box. The customer service from both Jack and David was excellent, they acted to resolve the issue immediately. I was really impressed when David personally delivered a new machine and took away the defective one.

These guys are great. Fixed my Spinfire tennis ball machine and even sourced parts from Australia. Really can do approach. Cannot recommend enough.

Our tennis club had a problem with a ball machine purchased from Racquet Depot, but they were quick to respond to address the issue. When we said we were unhappy to continue, they offered an alternative product at a good price. They were quick and reliable in response over a number of days until the issue was resolved and in the end we were very happy with our purchase.
