Friendly understanding staff
From start to finish everyone I have spoken to was helpful. Working with my requests. Our installer, Louise B, was very friendly and informative and understood how I wanted things installing. Once installed everything was explained and I was put on the wrong tariff initially. As soon as I explained that she spoke to head office and it was immediately rectified. She the re run the speed test to make sure it was now correct. So far so good, I would recommend.

Awful back up service!
Switched to them a year ago on a 2 year contract, wish I hadn’t, not seen an improvement and in fact when we use the microwave we lose the tv 😤 told it’s not their fault. Now today we lose all internet because they have an issue. I accept things like this can happen but their way of keeping us informed on when it will be back on is awful. Now online message says check again in the morning, rang them up to be told they have no information they can give us as to when we will be back on, she finished off by saying have a nice evening !! Awful back up service, can’t wait until my contract runs out.

We had a very smooth transition process…
We had a very smooth transition process from all the staff at Quickline. Everyone was friendly and professional. The final installation was carried out by Liam Freear, who explained exactly what would be involved and then completed the process and all testing. Very pleased we moved to Quickline and am happy to recommend their services.

Problems at first, but all solved
After Quickline broadband was installed I unfortunately experienced a few problems, my smart t/v, i-pad, mobile phone and cctv cameras would not accept the password to log on, I was not a happy chappy and blamed Quickline, I contacted them on the Friday and spoke to a technician, a number of the problems were solved,with only my i-pad not logging on, today, Monday, I spoke to Quickline again and told them that my i-pad was 14 years old, a new password was given and low and behold, it logged on straight away.
I was very unhappy with the problems that I experienced, however after just a couple of days all the teething problems are gone. The technical staff are to be thanked for their understanding and problem solving, It was very nice to actually speak to human people and not a robot.

Had our fibre broadband fitted today and what a pleasure everything explained very professional and quick neat and tidy fantastic job and made sure everything was working and no dead spots our installer was Bailey P he certainly done the company proud

Very responsive team
The team have been very responsive to our recent house move. Both my wife and I work from home, therefore getting on line has been crucial. The pre work and install were accelerated which was much appreciated. Gary the final installer / technician was also great - very professional, neat and tidy!

Thanks to Quickline dig team after months of delay, progress is being made!
After more than one issue with the installation of Quickline, the Dig Down Team (thanks Carl H and Leon K) managed to identify the blockage and successfully run the cable today leaving us ready for the final steps of the installation.
Eyes on the team to now see when they’ll get us set up and running. Hopefully that won’t take as long!

A very good trouble free installation.
Stan arrived in good time and explained the process. He was polite and courteous. Installation was positioned for the most efficient connection and reception was checked throughout the property. The system was checked before the technician left.
