I am a 71 yr old healthy male still in the workforce, looking forward to twenty+ more healthy years. For two months I have been taking the twice a month Qualia Senolytic regimen, Qualia Mind daily regimen, Qualia NAD+ daily regimen and Qualia Magnesium daily regimen. So far my aching knees have stopped aching, amazingly!! I have had a slight increase in enegy so due to my age I upped my NAD+ dosage one capsule, and hopefully waiting for a result of more energy. My sleep has increased an hour to 7 hrs from my normal 6ish hours. Basically I am quite pleased by my results and plan on continuing my subscriptions. I will also continue my use of supplements that have kept me healthy by most medical standards. My job is in the airline industry for 51 years and intend to keep on working. I did have subscription issues due to my own negligence of computer prowess and a delightful representative by the name of Bailey intercepted my call for help and straightened things out. I cannot ask for anything more! My mentor Deepak Chopra began my life of “Quantum Living” over 50 yrs ago and began advertising Qualia products on Instagram. Because he is a trusted public figure and have followed him this long I have total trust in these products. I am amending my review of this company, after quite a bit of useless back and forth, i finally convinced their customer service team I was shorted product , which I was and they agreed to ship the missing product.

I don't think it should have been this difficult but I will give them credit for doing the right thing in the end.
During the very confusing ordering process I apparently ordered Qualia Senolytic packs, then during the same transaction I set up Auto ship. I was charged twice the amount the original offer said, and when the order was received there was only one package , one month supply, in the package so I made the assumption that I had paid in advance for the second shipment that would come a month later. Then I got billed for the second month in full with the autoship discount. Because of that confusion I didn't realize I was shorted amongst Supply because otherwise I would have delayed the the next shipment since I would have had a month ahead. Company refused to make it right. Basically saying you didn't let us know tough luck! Absolutely horrible customer service. I don't know who does their shipping but I only received one package in the first month when I was supposed to apparently have received two. This is an extremely expensive product and to have not received the discount I was due, and their customer service basically calling me a liar, not going to support a company like that! If they can't make one customer whole, they're doing something wrong and I will not support them! Personally I would say they're crooked and stay away from them

I ordered Qualia Senolytic after watching an infomercial on how it removes zombie cells, improving efficiency of bodily functioning. Ok, sounds great. I asked customer service to send me the data of their experiments that prove this happens. She sent me a study of how flexibility improved, but the report said nothing about removal of zombie cells or anything relevant to that topic. When I asked about data showing that information, she said that the data wasn't available. I can't trust a company that won't release relevant studies proving their claims.

My greatest issue with QualiaLife.com is the shady practice of them placing an order for a subscription that I CANCELED! I had the payment set up through Amazon Pay, and when I canceled through their website, it did not cancel my Amazon Pay, so another order came through. This is an $80/month subscription, so it's not small change. I wrote to their customer service within MINUTES of this charge to cancel this (unexpected and unrequested) order and to refund my payment. The next email I received the next day was that the order had been shipped. I replied to the shipment notification and received a reply within minutes. (Funny, they can reply so quickly to that...) The response was that I could return the product, at my expense, for a refund. Great service, don't you agree?

My second issue with Qualialife is that they don't send a notification that the subscription payment/order is coming due. The vast majority of subscription-based services send an email with 1-3 days' notice that your subscription order is due. This allows you to check and balance, but they just send an order notification. This is honestly why I canceled. I just think it lacks the best service and integrity possible.

This entire experience has caused me to question the validity of the products as well as the claims to their quality. And frankly, just doesn't sit well. They won't get my business again.

Update 12/16/25: Notice it took them four months to respond. I had to pay shipping to return a product and prove that I returned it with photos to process a refund (after I posted my initial review). It's just lousy service. I did my research before posting a negative review and I did NOT have two subscriptions. So, that's just their word against mine. I still will never purchase another product from them based on the lack of timely, caring, or diligent customer care. The order could have been cancelled before shipping and none of this would have been an issue, but they are not timely as you can see for yourself with this four month delay in a response here.
