I haven't yet tried the product, but cancelled successive orders via email because my initial order was 4 bottles and I don't want 4 bottles every month. If their product is as good as their customer service, it'll be very good.

Unfortunately I could not take their supplement but I got in touch with them they responded asap . Dana told me to wait 1-2 days and I would see my refund and she was right

I had a personal issue arise and had to cancel my subscription. They were attentive, responsive and cared about my situation, no questions or attempting to make me stay by offering discounts, pressuring, etc.

Cancelled after being told it won’t arrive for a month. Do better.

Recently, an order from Qualia was shipped to me, but the delivery did not happen or was stolen by someone. I reached out to Qualia and Dana and Kiki grabbed the bull by the b*$#s and saw to it that another shipment went out. It arrived, and it's as though nothing happened. Ever since Dave Aspry spoke of Qualia, I knew that this was a company I could trust.

I’ve been using Qualia for over two years and feel amazing! It was instrumental to maintaining optimal health through my menopause. Customer care is awesome too! I trust the product and company, which is a bold statement now a days!

Dana was great! Placed my order,tried getting the 2nd product for 29$ within my 30minutes but it did not work.. Dana went above and beyond to help get that!,then it literally got lost in the mail somewhere in Maryland..it was immediately re sent and I got it. The products work. I love the qualia mitochondria supplement, am using several.. Will continue to be a customer

My husband has enjoyed his Qualia NAD , so your last sale gave me a great chance to try ALL the products.
We have just started the newer ones & won't have an opinion for a few weeks. But we have faith from past products. And customer service ( Dana, Kelly) is exemplary !

I am 62 years old and have an autoimmune disease, many people out there do. I quit trusting doctors years ago. I pretty much treat myself as much as I can by supplementing, research, and other things. I only buy my supplements through two companies, Qualia being my number one. They might be a little more pricey, but you get what you pay for. Their customer service is the best. I had a problem. I emailed them,the first time they emailed me that day and the second time they emailed back within 20 minutes, 20 minutes! I won’t go anywhere else, ever.
