Booked into a park liverpool for 2 hours left after 1 and a half hours was charged extra for going over my allotted time there is no number to contact or way of communicating with them so licences to steal without consequences, I would strongly advice not using this carpark

Booked into Q-Park Queen Square Liverpool for 24 hours. We decided to stay another 24 hours. We tried on a number of occasions to extend the booking but were unable to. We got Q-Parks no. from the hotel to let them know what was happening and tried on a number of occasions to speak to someone. The phone was unanswered. We eventually got a nother number from the website . Unfortunately, 10 minutes after our time to leave, whilst we were in the car trying to take it out of the park to rebook and put it back in again and was told that the number our hotel gave us was not for customers. However she said that we wouldn't be charged for the excess time. We have been. If we hadn't tried on a number of occasions to stop this from happening it wouldn't matter but the fact that throughout the day we were trying to ensure we were ok parking there longer we are quite, and justifiably upset.

Q-park uk, China town London Parked in this car park on Monday 13th January 2025 and my car was broken into and they smashed my back window. security was no where to be seen and they state its secure parking,

Worst car park Q-cark park Cavendish oxford street !! apparently 3 cars smashed into today on being my sons car, and by what the guy in local shop said and this happens daily more cars on sundays he said. This is an inside job for sure, no glass from previous cars anywhere, so security staff clear it up so no one notices. No security to be seen when u need them. This has been happening for years looking at the reviews, I only wished we had checked reviews first. Well I hope one day the criminals get caught in the act. Reading reviews they tell you sorry for your experience they are full of sh@t they know what's been happening

The car park was flooded to a couple of inches deep. No staff on site and extortionate prices

Had to use hospital parking to see a family member in intensive care, who didn't survive. Hospital said that they could ask Q park to waive the charges, so I left the car there overnight. Later, it turned out that whilst the hospital can ask for a waiver, Q park are under no obligation to, and basically said they didn't care, they'd rather have an extra few quid. Unashamed corporate greed. Unclear if the pencil pushing weasel got a bonus or just a pat on the back. Idiotic really. A modicum of compassion and I'd have happily parked in other locations in future, whereas now I'd go out of my way to avoid them.

Awful company - parked car (Range Rover Sport) in QPark Cavendish Square London as its boasts high level security - all nonsense, after paying £60 for an afternoon/evening came back at 10 pm to find a string of cars (Porsche, BMW etc) with smashed rear windows. Thieves had electronically scanned a bunch of Range Rovers and robbed from them too as well as the boots of the other cars. Would not have been a quick process. No sign of attendants….. all the cameras and locked doors and gates useless: this is a rip off company. Avoid and just park on the street - it’s safer and cheaper.

Awful place. Surrounded by drug dealers and a strong smell of urine. There are also squatters in the basement. Appalling. Will never use this car park again. Not safe at all.

I booked to park at Barbican in York from 6 pm - 2 am,arrived 5 minutes early, and went 3 hours early.
They automatically debited £2:80 from my account for arriving 5 minutes earlier (didn't get anything back gor going 3 just early)
The car park at the Barbican York is about 150 yards from Highway Man Turpins grave,but this lot are bigger robbers than him.

Very safe secure and easy to access parking space in the heart of Aberdeen city centre trinity centre Aberdeen and the staff is very nice and cooperative especially Roland

Q.E. Hospital Birmingham where the parking is managed by QPark. Having to attend the hospital regularly, not by choice and the car park fees are extortionate. There is nothing less than a 1hr slot, even if only in the hospital for 10mins picking up a prescription the charge is £4.10. There is no 2hr time slot, it jumps from 1hr to 3hrs, £6.30. No discount available for patients having to visit frequently. QPark blame the hospital and vice versa. Local MP not interested in helping patients.
Give patients a break.

Arrived 23 minutes early for my pre-booked slot at Cavendish Square, Q-Park Oxford Street. Left 1 hour and 23 minutes early after waiting 10 minutes for the security guard to fix the gate.

Issues:

Charged £10 extra for arriving 23 minutes early, rounded to the nearest hour.

Denied a refund for leaving 1 hour and 23 minutes early, despite the significant wait time.

In total, I was charged for 5 hours but only parked for 2 hours and 37 minutes. This feels like a clear case of unfair charges.

My advice - don't use online booking. I guess the First Street, Manchester location would have been ok if the ANPR worked ...but it didn't for me. I couldn't get in so had to take a ticket. Then i couldn't get out using the QR scanner, the ANPR or the help button. So i ended up paying AGAIN! ..and now it's like pulling teeth trying to get any of my money back. Q Park - i have emailed you. The process for retrieving MY money is ridiculous. You should know i was there with my registration number. I honestly never want to use any of your parking again and i will advise everyone i can of this dire service.

Security guards dodgy and probably arranged for my car to be broken into when i parked at Cavendish square London last week. Avoid this dodgy company and their dodgy car parks.
I hope the thieves enjoyed the contents of my young daughters handbag. Tossers.

Pre booked and pre paid parking at the Mailbox in Birmingham 10 days prior to an event.
Upon arrival the car park barrier was blocked and was told by attendant that we could not park and that pre booking does not guarantee a space.
Absolutely pointless pre booking and paying up front. Utter waste of money and time.

Iv'e been attending the Queen Elizabeth hospital Birmingham for over 10 years now as i have a life long illness and have never had any issues with Q-parks.... up until today. I had no choice but to park on double yellow lines with blue badges on display at the emergency parking as all the disabled parking was taken up, if any of you know this hospitals A&E then you know how long you can wait to be seen. After 9 hours i got back to my car at 9.30 pm to find i had a parking notification... the excuse was "Parked in a no waiting area". I have never had an issue parked like that before with blue badges, i understand they are not a license to park anywhere... but at A&E...... come on q-parks you better than that...? maybe not then. Karma comes back to bite you..!

Qpark Chinatown London. I’ve parked there twice now and both times my van stinks of piss for a good week after. The car park staff need to clean the place and stop people pissing in it. Totally disgusting.

We had a horrible experience this weekend and our car was broken into. This is supposed to be a secure car park. We called the police and reported the crime ! Travelling with a baby and a toddler this spoilt our visit to Brussels. It seems your car park has a problem with vandalism and theft. You need to find a solution to this and prosecute the culprits! They stole our toddlers brand new shoes and our baby’s clothes and nappies. This was horrible to experience and feel saddened to end our trip this way.

Some terrible experiences on here but the facility in Newcastle Stowell Street is excellent. Can't fault it. Clean, tidy, well marked bays. Good entry and exit. Centre of town and reasonably priced.

Went to swimming competition at pond’s forge so parked at Q-Park Castlegate as we would receive a 50% off voucher. When paying for parking the 50% off didn’t work so had to pay full but the person on the other end of the call for assistance button said it would be refunded by filling out a form on their website. Don’t believe it! Was told because their ticket didn’t work they wouldn’t refund any money. Rang them and was told it’s company policy not to refund unless you have the 50% off voucher which obviously you wouldn’t because the machine takes it. When you complain it’s unfair they get aggressive and rude! Think if they give out vouchers they should honour them?
