Everything went great. I have bought multiple items over the years from Pyramydair . So far no problems on ordering or delivery.

I purchased an fx impact m4 from these folks back in June 2026. The gun is amazing but within 3 weeks of owning the gun I started having air leakage. I called them up and they sent me over to air Venturi (I guess a sister company) told them what’s going on and figured it’s probably an o ring. I wanted to simply send them the gun as I don’t have appropriate tools for working on air guns and lack the know how especially on such an expensive and sophisticated gun. They said “oh we will just send you the o ring it’s super easy to install” I hesitantly agreed. Well I finally got the o ring yesterday. Why it took almost 2 months to get an o ring is beyond me. Long story short… anyone wanting a basically brand new fx impact m4? Super disappointed in these guys and their partner or sister company. I bought a 2500$ gun that lasted a few weeks and didn’t even bother sending me instructions on how to fix my gun.

Purchased a Hatsan Bullboss 0.22 caliber pellet gun with a bi-pod& scope. Spent over $700 I was able to fire it two times and it broke. Called customer service and was told I could ship it back to them for them to see if it was something I did or if it was a manufacturer defect don't waste your money these people are Crooks

The product AI chat is pretty good, however as with all AI, it can fall short and contradict itself if you ask the right questions. Ultimately talking to an agent to confirm is always a good thing. I ordered a buck rail kit for my Umarex Notos and although it showed “in stock” when checking out it was sold and shipped by the manufacturer which I didn’t like as it delayed my shipment and even though I paid for expedited shipping. The status still shows not shipped in Pyramyd’s shipping status, so I have no idea what’s going on with my order and the extra I paid to have it shipped sooner.

I ordered three items by phone and the person I talked with was very polite and accomodating,,,very helpful. Shipping and delivery was surprisingly fast and the products were top quality. Very pleased with Pyramyd Air and will not hesitate to do more business with them. Thanks Pyramyd !!!

I’m a new customer to Pyramid. Stumbled on them by accident looking for a quality knife. They assisted me in my choice and, upon receiving it, I couldn’t have been happier. Looking through their extensive product selection, I was impressed with the variety of quality air rifles. I’ve ordered two since and thoroughly enjoyed both. On one if my gun orders the magazine would not seal off the air cartridges and would immediately empty out. One phone call took care of the problem without any hassles. New one was shipped out. No problems. Very happy with this Company and their wide range of selection of quality products.

Well, with my location I generally get my orders the next business day. Which means if I order Monday morning, my order is here Tuesday. Everything always comes well packaged.
The only thing I do not like is there is no packing slip in my order or a catalog, even though I get one in the mail, I pass it on to someone interested in airguns and the out doors.

Every purchase is clearly confirmed. The few questions I have asked are addressed quickly and satisfactory. We in the hobby are very fortunate.

First time customer, Ordered a $400 item and a window popped up offering me $10 discount if I signed up for their spam, both text and email. Figured why not. Got the "discount" and it didn't apply. Emailed them and they responded my item didn't qualify. I asked them to show me where and they said "T&C". Read thru dozens of T&C pages and nowhere is it excluded. Now I get their spam (their goal) and not even the piddly 2% discount. Wont use them again out of principle.

Pyramid has an excellent website that's easy to navigate and each item is well documented with information so I know full well of what my purchase is.
However my last order, when received, the shipping box appeared to be dropped and a box of frangeble bbs broke open and bbs were everywhere and quite a few leaked out.
