Custom baseball cap proposal included a complex design. It took a while, but they were able to do it. I'm very pleased with the result--it was worth the wait.

Have been a good customer for years. Suddenly the owner in China, Aileen, decided to cut back on quality and began delivering extremely poor, sloppy, and horrible products.
When I emailed her in China to try to reprint the screwed up items, she refused! She mentioned that there are also no returns now.
WHAT A SCAM OPENTIP HAS BECOME!!! WATCH OUT!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. CRAP QUALITY, CRAPPY RETURN POLICY, HORRIBLE OWNER.

Ordered 200 purple hats at $830. Sent me 200 gold hats. I immediately sent them back and they received them the next day. It's been 10 days and they are saying my refund was issued today and it MAY take an additional 5-7 business days to receive. Not only did they delay a job I had, but at this point continuing to inconvenience me. Customer service and warehouse communication was terrible. Will not be using them again.

I received my order in a timely matter and it was exactly how I had requested. Extremely good quality from a great company.

Material was good along with custom screen printing. Will have to see how it lasts after washes. “Safety yellow” is actually neon green. No yellow tint at all. Soooo now I have a lot of shirts that do not match my teams color.

I placed an order for Wrangler shirts on February 10,2026. I have called twice to find out where these shirts are. They didn't have any problem getting my money, almost $800 but sure having a problem getting my order shipped. As of today they still don't know if it has been shipped or when it might be shipped. Two weeks ago it was lost in the system but they found it. Today who knows!? Don't think I can recommend them at this point. Sure won't be ordering from them again.

I purchased an eletronic part from OpenTip. The part that arrived was NOT the part pictured online. I let them know, and it took ten days of emails, sending photos only to find out that they will not pay return postage, they will not exchange, they will not refund. I will NEVER order from OpenTip again.
