My experience with pure electric team was a wonderful surprise. The staff who helped me deal with much of my issue was Lauren of pureelectric.com, she has gone the extra mile for me regarding matters of issue. Honestly very grateful for the way pure team has treated me and have already recommended them to people I know whom are also very happy they've treated me most decently. My future is pure™️ electric, very good company. Few issues with scooter but I'm certain they heard the flaws and ready to make changes, all in all I give them a 10/10 highest rating for customer services, and 8/10 for scooter issues which were resolved but still need attention.

I will never deal with your company again and I will not recommend it to anyone. You took my money and sent me a dead scooter that doesn't even turn on. The service doesn't respond to messages. Now I don't know how to return it. Terrible service!!!

Pure scooters are just terrible.

If you need a part for one of their scooters, you have no chance on this earth of getting one. (They are always out of stock) because so many people are trying to get parts that they can't keep up with demand !!!

They made rear mudguards for their Gen 1 and Gen 2 scooters that don't even support the scooters; they are so fragile.

If you try and fold your scooter and hook it on the hook that's attached to the mudguard, the mudguard simply breaks because it can't handle the scooter's weight.

What a terrible design fault!! There are hundreds of people all over the web trying to get parts for pure scooters.

Please be careful when buying a Pure scooter, as they break so easily!! I made my mistake of buying a Pure scooter!!! Never again!!! Not even for free; they're terrible, terrible quality...and so fragile.

I have had a couple of scooters from PURE and the customer service is excellent. If there has ever been a problem with any scooter they have arranged collection, fixed and returned completely hassle free. They respond very quickly to queries and keep you up to date regularly. Amazing work.

I contacted Pure to try and source an item that had been long discontinued, Samantha went above and beyond to help me not only helping me find what I was looking for, but also help fix my sons scooter too! From 1 simple cover to 2 happy customers.
Samantha gave A++ customer service from start to finish, a true credit to the company.

From the moment I wrote to pure electric I was dealing with someone called Lee and got first class treatment.

I purchased a air5 scooter via Curry’s which unfortunately after a couple of months developed a small fault. I contacted curry’s which didn’t really want to help and expected me to organise and contact pure direct to get the scooter fixed as they said they do not get involved and it’s down to me to organise! Once I contacted pure I was put In touch with a gentleman called Lee who has been absolutely fantastic and honestly couldn’t recommend enough! He has consistently kept in contact with me with any updates and after he arranged collection of the scooter within 48 hours he contacted me to state that the small fault the scooter had needed a part that they didn’t currently have in stock so he had organised a brand new scooter to be sent out. Lee and our have been fantastic and I just wish I had purchased the scooter direct through them in the first place instead of going to curry’s

Super fast delivery! My son was very happy with the scooter. Needed some replacement reflectors for it. They were very quick to respond and Lisa was extremely helpful and dispatched some straight away for me. Would definitely recommend.

The customer service people who helped me, Lisa and Lee were very helpful and polite because I accidentally ordered the wrong e-scooter. All resolved and refunded.
The only thing that I’m a bit concerned about, now I think about it (I’m a bit slow in thinking) is that my first Pure scooter lasted just over a year before the electrics failed. I was thinking a lack of suspension might be the culprit, but Pure informed me that was unlikely, so I’m not sure whether to order one of the models that have suspension or not now.
I would, however, recommend the company and I really enjoyed the rides I had during that year. I need to think on it more before I decide what scooter is best for me.

Maya rescued me from the depths of Pure Electric's CRM and had my repair organised and performed by Cody quickly despite some complicated logistics.

I failed to get a human being on the website but I went to my local bike shop who found Samantha for me. She emailed me directly, took my details, found the product I needed directly and sent me a link. What was initially going to be a terrible experience ended up being the most direct, personal customer experience I could have asked for. Thank you Samantha

Pure electric where very prompted with collection and delivery of which I was extremely happy with i had a guy called LEE who was dealing with me of which was very helpful and kept me updated all the way threw my experience he couldn't do enough to make sure the process went through smoothly and successfully.
Very happy with the professional service he provided to me thanks again LEE.

I'm also grateful for the technician who repaired the scooter Kaung San Hein as I have been assured the scooter is now fully working and has been rigourously tested with a brand new motor being fitted.
