I have spoken to a number of amazing readers at Psychic Sofa. To name a few:
Sibila, Azurite, Chantal, Chantel, Angela S, Sue

Sadly there are also some that I would not use or recommend.

I am a customer but also a reader on Psychic Sofa. I believe you should use the services of a psychic if you give readings because it should be a part of your life.
As a reader, I can't emphasise enough the difficult task we have of having to sit meditating waiting for a call, get a call and be expected to 'tune in' immediately, and then give dates and times. This isn't what psychic ability is about. And it's so very misunderstood.
As a customer, I've had a few correct readings and more incorrect readings.
Basically, we are all channels, and we can receive an insight from anyone. For me, the purpose of ringing Psychic Sofa is for support, alleviating an emotional burden and to find my own clarity. Some of the girls on here are really lovely. I have returned as a customer many times and will continue to.

This site is a rip off. I have spent thousands over the past year, trying to find some answers about a failed relationship. I’ve kept notes about all the ‘psychics’ and ultimately there are only one or two who truly have the gift.
Also, their customer service has taken a nosedive. I spent 7 monitored listening to someone called Moonwaters saying the same thing over and over again, even though I asked her repeatedly to move on. Someone called Beverley refused to refund me the 20 minutes I paid for because their policy is you can have a refund only after 5 minutes. It’s disgraceful really as sometimes you don’t find out quick enough how terrible the readers are. Also there is no lower level amount for buying minutes so you can try before you buy and no easy way to get a refund, only your package minutes, so you have to pay minimum £96! I could suspend my disbelief when I thought the customer service team were good but now I’m done with it all!

I have been working with psychic sofa for a few years. They are an amazing company to work for, the staff are always very helpful especially Rob who l always talk to. They are very quick to deal with any issues. I highly recommend this company and their staff team. Many thanks to you all Journee.

Some psychics purely speculating don't pick up on any information and just saying general things but there are really good ones who are very accurate with dates can describe a person without any given information and and really see what's coming.

Update to my reviews

I looked at the profiles readers I have used recently none of the reviews I left for them have been posted whether they are good bad or indifferent , yet anonymous reviews have been posted on these readers profiles since I have had my read with them. I can’t give a date of read as there was more than 1 read.

I had a great reading in january with Destiny Rose. 4458 Several things she said have manifested. Ive spoken to Destiny several times along with other readers and always had a great experience.

Always very caring and genuinely skilled readers on here. As a regular, I felt they were honest and listened with compassion. They weren't going to sugarcoat anything, which I appreciate. I found it helpful at a stressful time to chat to someone neutral, someone who doesnt know me personally, about my concerns and (multiple confusions !). Very positive experience.

Terrible phone system and lack of genuine honest psychics And although Psychic Sofa has denied this about there being a issue with the phone system. Which I'm sorry to say is not true...but I can honestly say I'm not the only caller and reader that has had a problem with it it has been complained about by both. Through emails etc it's a pity .

After waiting patiently since the 3rd of December 2024, I was delighted to get through to David last night by telephone.
He most certainly did not disappoint. He gave me another insightful reading. I did tell him, quite frankly, that I would rather not wait another year before speaking with him again, and asked if he might consider logging into the site more often.

I have been using Psychic Sofa since the early 2000s, and I can say with confidence that David is a genuine clairvoyant. I sincerely hope that Psychic Sofa are able to keep him, as readers of his professional level are few and far between.

I used to really love PsychicSofa in the past. I would speak to someone at least once a week as I was going through a very difficult time of my life. I got a chance to speak to literally dozens of PS psychics and although most of them were completely off or too generic, I was ok to call because I was depressed and needed that hit of positivity. However, as I started getting out of my dark night, I realised that when comparing their psychic gifts, the only reader I could ever trust was a lady called Adalia. She instantly became my favourite reader because not only should she provide counselling support and empowerment but she was also incredibly gifted as a psychic. Adalia always spoke the truth as she saw it and not only was she spot on with her validations but I also found her predictions to be freakishly accurate - she told me almost 3 years ago that I would be changing careers because my work at the time would dry up. It seemed totally unrealistic at the time of the reading so I dismissed that but fast forward to today and here I am, having miraculously lost all my old freelance contracts and venturing into a completely different career!! I was extremely disappointed to find she had disappeared from the Sofa because no other readers compare to her accuracy and the readers I have spoken to have offered very different predictions during different readings or some would just tell me what they thought I wanted to hear (at least that was my impression because they didn't pick up on any toxicity in areas of my life where I've been experiencing it). I'm sad to say that I've now given up on the Psychic Sofa. If someone has experience with another amazing reader that would genuinely compare to Adalia in terms of their gifts, I'd love to hear but in the 3 years I've been speaking to her, I've not met anyone who could remotely compare to her. The only silver lining of Adalia exiting PS is that after a lot of online searching, I have managed to connect with her and arrange a reading with her directly, at a convenient time. Unfortunately, getting through to a great reader was always challenging on the Sofa, I'd often have to wait for an hour just to be connected to her - and sometimes I'd wait for an hour just to be connected to someone completely different and lost my position in the queue for Adalia!! Maybe this is something that PS could consider improving?

I wrote that review based on what you (Trustpilot) told me about them contacting you, after I responded to 2 clients who wrote to you ; (TrustPilot) asking for information about my whereabouts. I subsequently responded directing them to Bark.com where they were redirected back to me. According to you, TrustPilot, Psychic Sofa flagged those reviews as being of a “promotional” nature. So you removed those reviews immediately. I even have the letters that you sent me to validate what I am saying. It connects to my response that you are currently querying. My question to Psychic Sofa once more again, is - “If they are so confident and competent in what they do. Why would they be worried about me, merely directing clients to where I am? Just me, one person? Also, do clients not have a right to make choices of where they want to go? I was not promoting bark.com, I merely mentioned them as a reliable source who can pass on messages to me. In fact, I barely used their services for years, you can check with them. But but they were still promoting my profile for free and passing on clients looking for me and I paid nothing for that. Am I correct then in assuming that Psychic Sofa does not want Psychics working for them to know that reputable, ethical organisations like bark.com exist? If that is the case, why? They have no right whatsoever, implicitly or explicitly to control what I do. I don’t work with them.

I have only used the site once in very recent years but I would like to post this message because it seems to me some people have totally unrealistic expectations and demands and it is not fair or just to complain about a reader because how you think something should be is not how you want to hear it and it does not therefore materialise, much less on demand. I had Romany when I had my reading and I found her delightful and gifted. So I would like on her behalf to stick up for her and also remind/educate people who may not know this.

With psychic work and working with higher beings there is no timescale. If you are given October it does not necessarily mean THIS YEAR it may be to come in another 2 years or less or more. We as mortals are the ones who work with time but other beings do not. So you must sometimes be patient. Always have faith, trust, believe and be open is my advice to you all. Also when you ask the universe a question be very precise in what you ask. For an example winning the lottery and it tells you yes you will, not only is there the time factor again but also the size of the win, it may not be the jackpot you automatically assume but a more modest sum.

Romany and indeed all workers in light and spirit can only give what is given so be fair and be kind because like always attracts like in this realm.

Just called reader 4019 new reader thought I’d give her a go but it begs the question whether a psychic sofa actually Vets. These new readers as when she’s using phrases like ‘I’m guessing.’ And asking me to give me information about my person of interest doesn’t fill me with confidence that she’s actually a genuine reader

Had a call with a reader, Matt who wouldnt even speak to be about relationships when I asked. Psychic Sofa Policy states we can ask that. Spent 8 minutes on the phone, as he spent 3 minutes connecting.

I call psychic sofa to explain this. rude help line. wouldnt refund me and now have to bank dispute. terrible site. 1 star. none of the psychic readings come true either. actually terrible.
