Isn’t it about time that ask the answer did their job correctly and tested these readers? I spoke to Claire G tonight which she was just rambling on. I asked for a relationship with and even bragged about how she was rambling on She was just full of rubbish and Tanzie again she was just waffling on. Yeah, only reason I stayed on the line is because it went over the two minutes you allow people to see whether they connect or not otherwise people just lose their money You’re very quick taking our money and not testing these readers. I am going to take this to Trading Standards now because one you don’t care about your customer service. You rather argue the toss than. Help paying customers this site should be closed down where you getting your good reviews from is beyond and you should be able to leave impartial reviews so other people are aware of what rubbish the reader is before they pay out their hard earned cash

What with the arrogance customer service shows I doubt that very much I got my money back eventually then they promptly closed my account

She always puts my mind at ease and talks through anything that I need clarity on… always gives good advice and hopes for the future… often predicts things that are so accurate.
Whenever I come up with a conundrum I know talking it through with Mystic Mary Madonna will give me peace of mind.

I was on the other side of the table, I had a test reading as an advisor. The gentleman who invited me was positive and welcoming. At 2pm on the day of the test reading, a lady whose mic kept breaking up called me and stated her name rather brusquely. I kept asking her if she could hear me okay since there was some kind of time delay from her side. She asked me to read for her. I was being conversational and told her I had a reading ready for her as I'd sat down and wrote it up on my computer ahead. She seemed really angry and said it had to be perfect for her and resonate with her. I said, well, if you're a customer on the phone I'd also do it like this as I don't have good eyesight for the small letters and use different kinds of decks so I always write them up ahead and often do email reading for my personal regular clients around the world.
She got annoyed and asked me to stop after this. I got the feeling from our first moments that she disliked me but I don't know what I did wrong. Now I see that they are not very popular anyway.

I have had a few reading with Irish Jane. She is a no nonsense reader that will tell you what you need to know and gives a lot of insights on your situation. Several of her predictions have come to pass, maybe not always in the time stated. A very gifted reader.

I have just had a reading with Raven Moon. What an incredible experience! She is so specific in what she sees and has a wonderful way of explaining everything. She was so accurate in describing my situation and her predictions rang true. She is a truly special reader.

I really love the psychics at Ask The Answer!! The site is really transparent with their cost and details about the psychics. It’s easy to use and I have enjoyed building relationships with certain readers who I like. I had an issue with payment but the customer care team solved it pretty instantly and were friendly. Definitely recommend their phone readings!

The readers registered on this website are scammers and clearly have no psychic abilities as they claim.

To the owner I'm seeking refund of my credits.

Stay away, poor customer service. Psychics hang up on you, if you raise an issue with it they ‘refund’ you in credits then block you to make sure you don’t use credits. If that’s not a scam I don’t know what is. By all means do not pay them, keep your money, there are other sites way better and psychics tell you upfront if they can’t connect with you and don’t want waste your money. This is money grabbing scam.

The biggest scam ever!!! They lie, lie and lie!! The worst of the lot is Yvette. She seemed so sweet and personable.Her " predictions" landed me in a catastrophic situation that I am still trying to extricate myself from 8 months later. As I mentioned previously, she seemed real nice, but what she
does with people is highly unethical. When I confronted her, all she said was "sorry, my guides now say that you should do xyz ( when a week prior she
said her " guides said something COMPLETELY different). The other 6 readers I talked to were no better. One of them was a Gypsy ( ("Sammy") who actually tried to hit me up for thousands, in order to "improve my luck."This is a terrible company. Please do not make the mistakes I made.
An additional note: Linda is one of the top money makers on the site. When I confronted her about her completely erroneous advice,she threatened to hang up on ME and told me to " take responsibility". Lesson learned.

I am posting an update as time has passed.

In February 2025, I spoke with Rosie. A prediction was given that I would be happy in my new career role in April. We have been on a hiring freeze in my city for a long time. The prediction did not happen.

Additionally, I had a few readings with Sarah T.; unfortunately, her predictions have not occurred over several months. Sarah T gave me December 2024 predictions that did not transpire.

These ladies are lovely and pleasant to talk to; sadly, they have been inaccurate for me thus far. They genuinely want to help.

I need to note that my readings were not on one specific date of an experience but over a few readings from last year up through April 2025.

I assure you that I will update you if what they predicted takes place. Doing so would give me great pleasure as these ladies gave their best.

I used to ask the answer over several months here and there after a life-changing situation. For the first time in my life, I needed to know what opportunities were ahead of me while positioned in a long-stagnant situation due to the economy.

I haven’t tried all the readers; however, my low star rating is based on the utter refusal to post respectfully honest reviews, stating that the psychic was wrong.

This isn’t honest, and you are silencing the voices of your customers. Therefore, I will not use your services going forward.

If a person seeks someone to talk to and listen to their concerns, this may be the site for you.

However, I did not call for a counseling session or to make a friend. I needed accurate details to plan my next move. I needed a psychic.

I will state that Sarah T. is accurate in what she sees. She is one of the very few genuine psychics that I spoke with.

Others should be honest and not claim to be psychics. A counselor or coach would be more accurate.

I believe that my review is clear. Post all reviews given by your customers if given in a respectful way, not only the reviews where everyone is happy.

So this site is very confusing..... I tried out a few readers and understandably they picked up on different things about the same situation , however if they were as accurate as they claim to be they would have picked up more or less similar things. In the end I have wasted a lot of money and have been led on a wild goose chase with readings as different as 'this man is crazy about you & you're soul mates & will be with this man for many years' ... to 'he's cheating on you and U need 2 move on' ... Of course I just need to know this from him at this stage and from people who know myself and himself well. Where I get the site is for 'entertainment purposes' it has not been at all entertaining and I feel foolish for getting involved with the hall of distorted mirrors that is ask the answer. I found a lot of the readers simply gave their opinion or would not let me work through it in a way that was meaningful for me.... Even more annoying is several of the readers cannot even type properly and from one reading to the next (with the SAME person)- they said something totally the opposite of what they had predicted weeks before. Load of crap! Will just spend my money on therapy now and sort my head out.

I've been a customer at Ask the Answer for some years. We all know you have your readers/counselors who are bad/okay/good/ and lastly amazing! Since September 2024, I've been speaking with Liv EXT. 700186. At first, I wasn't sure of her method(s), but as time went on and predictions started to unravel, I knew I found me a winner. She is absolutely brilliant! This young woman is very gifted. She even can nail down exact dates, which we all know is difficult. And she does this effortlessly, without even being asked. Information just pours right out of her. Like, it's insane, the knowledge that this woman has - it will blow your mind! Leaving you speechless! Things I thought would never happen, did. In the exact time that she said it would. She is a godsend. Please give her a try, I promise you will not regret your decision. My only regret is that she may become so popular it will be more and more difficult to connect with her. But - I got to give credit where credit is due. I've never met someone so gifted! I mean, WOW! I would give a million stars if I could.

I have just received communication from ask the answer. My card should not be charged as my reading didn't materialise. I have been advised to keep an eye on my bank account. Should there be any issues, to make contact with them again. Now I have received a response, I feel a little more hopeful that this issue will be sorted out.
