I booked in for two new replacement tyres, didn’t realise how long it would take. When I explained that I had to attend a funeral, my car was fast tracked through. I was made a cup of tea by Paul and all was done in record time! Including all relevant paperwork and safety checks. All staff are courteous and polite. Would definitely recommend :)

Booked my car in for an MOT for 10.45.
Then was told they were running 45 minutes late.

Great team. Great communications, honest and upfront with everything, use for all family vehicles, mots and repairs. Paul’s team in my opinion are the best in the area, I’m just please their in the new place at Segenworth. Couldn’t recommend enough.

The staff accommodated my Mot , regrettably I was late. Due to a letter mix up, had booked with Fareham, but rang the new branch in Segensworth, with the map showing the garage in Wickham, on arrival the staff were very understanding and carried out the mot whilst we waited. Only down side was the coffee machine out of action. Well done to them.

Had a failed mot , phoned garage they got me in the same day, were very helpful and friendly.

Reliable service. Prompt completion of M.o.T test and car service. Staff friendly, co-operative and informative, in this case I communicated with Paul. Have used them several times for the same thing plus tyre replacement over the past few years. Will continue to do so.
