I ordered the tyres online and they were at a competitive price and booked the fitting for a couple of days after. The fitting was on time and efficient. Exactly want you would want.

Twice no tires with no phone call or email
Booked tyres online for a 12:00 fitting the next day,
Recieved a phone call in the morning but hung up as soon as I answered, tried ringing back to no answer.
Arrived on time to be told no tyres had arrived that day, come back some other time and they’ll see what they can do.
Rebooked for Tuesday 15:30, guy said he’d reorder the tyres, it didn’t matter if they turned up twice.
Arrived on time on Tuesday to be told oh yeah you were booked in for yesterday…
No I had two witnesses, one with me now that could confirm definitely Tuesday. And yet the guy on the desk still wanted to argue the fact.
After this went back and forth a few times he said no tires had arrived again anyway so they couldn’t have fitted them either day anyway. SO WHY ARGUE?!
I needed tyres so asked for a refund so I could get them elsewhere. Was told 3-5 working days.
In what world is that acceptable?
You’ve provided nothing, caused two unnecessary trips to your garage and taken the money anyway.
Now you’re saying I have to wait due to your incompetence…

My track rod ends were done with an alignment and mot tyres were fine the following week on my service they said my two front tyres were bold on the inner shoulder ive emailed twice with no reply im very dissatisfied i will never use them again no respect for customers

Great experience with an MOT
My son, from Keswick, forgot about his MOT, and we needed an urgent appointment. To our immense relief, Protyre Penrith had one appointment the following day.
The Stafford were very friendly and polite, and took the car in early. It failed on headlight alignment. They corrected that and issued as pass without bothering us at all - in fact, I only realised when I scrutinized the paperwork at home.
Thanks, Protyre! We had get ourselves in a mess, but you sorted it out for us with kindness and no fuss.

Ordered two tyres online on Thursday…
Ordered two tyres online on Thursday 17th to be fitted at 2 00pm on Saturday 26th.On Saturday morning received a call from Penrith depot to say the tyre hadn't arrived. Told they would be here at 9 00am on Monday but maybe no one to fit them then so 1100am was agreed.Took car in at 1100 then told it would be one and a half to two hours cause they were short staffed.Walked to Dentist and went back at 1200 to be told the tyres hadn't arrived and he had reordered the tyres to come Tuesday.Had them fitted on Tuesday in at 1100 done at 1200 .If you call that service you need to take a good look at your company.Ive been using Harolds Tyres since the early Seventies but won't be using them again.

Best tyres in Penrith
The prices for tyres are exceptionally good, I got two for my son's Alfa and there was a 10% discount plus an additional 50% off wheel alignment.
Premium tyres and a very good price.
They couldn't manage the wheel alignment so they refunded me.

Decent service and decent price. I went in for front wheel alignment. Two ways to improve:
1. Make sure that mechanic stays on job rather than being pulled off to help somebody else.
2. Make sure printer works do you can provide a computer generated report to show alignment before and after.

I booked my son’s car into Protyre for 3 new tyres and a wheel balance, following a service/MOT at his local garage. I input my son’s car reg on screen and quickly identified the Continental Tyres to match. The prices were very competitive, the wheel balance was on special offer too. I booked the fitting for the next day. All went very smoothly!

The waiting area is in need of a refurb
The fitting of two tyres seemed to take a long time
This location was unable to check tracking due to combination of the wheel construction and their equipment being unable to lock on.Verbal comment that removed tyres seemed evenly worn
Was recommended to visit Carlisle branch who should have up to date kit ( this Kuga is 17 months old and one of UK main SUVs)
