Move the appointment 3 times then was late with the appointment. Then after pre-booking and paying wanted more money at the appointment.

Very quick and helpful also as a woman on my own I was put at ease. Staff very efficient at all times.

Friendly staff, waited for car in reception whilst it had MOT. Offered a free hot beverage, which was very nice.
Car passed! Price for MOT very good as found online with a £10 discount.
