The experience was straight forward and the guy on the desk was an angel! I cannot remember his name (sorry) but he wrote me a full report for the car. I only booked a 30 min slot but need more time for what I needed and he efficiently rebooked me for a few hours later,got the work done and wham! Was a spenny day but so worth it. I booked my car in for a service and MOT. It failed the MOT and needed a fair bit of work in order to pass. At every stage I was kept updated and informed of costs. Ross and his team worked incredibly hard to keep the costs down, which was such a relief. Ross was very polite and personable and I couldn't have been happier with the way I was treated.
