Good service, very efficient.

For the second time, car wasn't looked at for over an hour after booked time. Was told 3 vehicles booked online at same time and I was after them. I too booked online, 2 days previously.2 tyres, left at 5pm! So a 3.30 appointment ended up with me leaving as the last customer of the day. Previous time they 'forgot' my car, so another hour+ delay. Needs sorting.

Efficient and friendly service

I have used Gates tyre centre twice recently. Both times everyone I met there was polite and helpful. The second visit a mistake was made and I had to return the car for further work. I received an apology and was happy that the remedial work was prompt. Great service and a positive attitude. I will go back in the future

I called in to get a price for two rear tyres for my BMW and I was attended to by Grant who was very helpful. He ordered the tyres which were fitted when I visited a week later. During my visit to have the new tyres fitted he kept me informed as to how long it would take to fit the tyres and he also asked his colleague to check a front tyre for me. All in all I am very happy with the service.

Had booked appointment for 11.30 for one tyre to be fitted never left till 10 to 1 and had appointment elsewhere at 1.30 so had to rush back

Unwanted re-direction from favoured Company (across road) Office area dark and dirty, flooring was way past renewal date, had to wait an hour and whilst repair seems to have been successful £35-00 for a puncture repair !!!! I won't be going back

Advice received about the tyres I bought was appreciated. Arranging the tyre fitting was easy and the work was carried out efficiently.

Excellent service, kept updated all day with my car, old parts shown to me with wear and tear too. Excellent communication throughout- shout out to Philip who was brilliant- kept me informed and was clear regarding costs and timing of repairs. My car was a tricky one to sort as it’s old but the lads got it all tip top for me. Can’t fault these guys, top notch place and service. Thanks :)
