From my first phone call about my exhaust that had fallen off, To receiving a quote over the phone, they also explained to me what could effect the quoted price if something was to be added ie a sensor that could break because of its age,I accepted the quote and was told to be there for a 3 o clock appointment, when I arrived the explained to me that one part was on its way and would be approximately 30 minutes which it was, So from the first phone call to paying and leaving with my 3 year warranty the whole experience was absolutely fantastic, impeccable service, great staff,and free coffee 👍👍👍😊

Did everything right and quick

had an emergency tyre blow out and although they did not have a replacement in stock they sent their driver out to obtain one.

Purchased four new Falken tyres at a great price and on completion was informed that the MOT on the car had just expired. This was my fault entirely, but Protyre were able to MOT the car straightaway. I cannot fault their service or prices and would recommend their services.

Always have a good experience with Protyre. The only small complaint I would have is I feel
sometimes they don’t think women know anything about cars and tyres and just treat females as being ditzy. Still wouldn’t go anywhere else because it’s a lot worse at other establishments and the staff here are very friendly and helpful and do their best to get the job done asap.

Fast, friendly and efficient. Very honest and helpful. I needed some advice regarding something that they did didn’t deal with that that Garage but they were more than happy to help an advice which I’m very grateful of. This is now my new MOT Centre! I went with a family friend for years until he decided to give up and move abroad. This centre was highly recommended to me. I was more than happy. I will be back and I will recommend you to all my friends. Nice waiting area, decent size car park and I even made new friends in the waiting room too! We’re very safe for a small one female like myself couldn’t recommend highly enough! I love the book and pay it in advance online- perfect! Thanks again!

Outstanding service from Protyre, Leeds Road, Bradford. On arrival I was expecting the worst, being told they were short handed I expected a long wait. But I was pleasantly surprised when the tyres were fitted in a reasonable time. A huge shout out to the guy on reception, I didn't catch his name, as well as dealing with customers he was answering the phone and also helping in the fitting bay. Oh and by the way the price was good too. Highly recommended.

Really good at what they do

Despite being really busy on a Monday morning they still fit me in for a tyre change. Two tyres fitted in less than a hour. Great team fast and efficient will use again.
