The person at the reception came across…
The person at the reception came across as rude and offensive in disguise of his mild tone. He was not happy that I refused his advice on getting the wheels tracing at the cost of £152.5. I agreed to rotate wheels at his cost but he didn't and on pickup he said he won't charge me for that to help me financially. I will not go there again and will NOT recommend. I know nothing is going to be done. This review is for others thinking of going there. I even doubt if the wheels are new. May have been refurbished. Bad experience.

I've been a loyal customer for over 15…no more
I've been a loyal customer for over 15 years. I went early on Friday to get a puncture repair. I was first in line and meet with rav. I had 5 people behind me. As soon as I said what I needed he was rude and blunt. Saying I've got 20 booked in. I asked the ones on the way out if they were booked.... no. Effectively my job was of little value.

I needed some All Season Tyres for an up and coming trip to the French Alps. I was given options of brands and the experience of other customers. The service and speed of the team was excellent. At all stages I was informed of progress. Now wonder I have been coming to this unit for 30 years!!
