The Victoria Rd service centre couldn't have been more considerate and helpful with my tyre fitting.
I had to work at it mind you, but this one of your 3 outlets local to me did have the specific tyre I needed.
A pity your messaging enquiry service took 3 days to reply that it wasn't available.
They were wrong.

Easy to use website. Each tyres let's you know grip fuel efficiency and noise rating. Plenty of options for the tyres that I needed. Fitted on time with no waiting around

Update: They respond asking you to contact them and then never follow up on that complaint. They couldn’t care about negative reviews or complaints, it’s all for show. Don’t waste your money and time.

Myself and husband had been happy customers at protyre until my car recently went for an MOT. My key fob battery failed and instead of calling me to bring the spare or replacing the battery and billing me, the MOT tester manually unlocked my car and opened the door. I have a mini. The alarm has to be disabled for the window to register its being opened and drop down. The door was yanked open with the window still up in the frame. When I returned to the garage my car was left unlocked and the window down therefore voiding my insurance and risking theft. I drove away and within 30 mins had to return the car as couldn’t shut the window and door properly. The window wouldn’t drop and kept staying on the outside of the frame and the lock wasn’t responding. My husband took it back and the store manager apologised and reset the car. The next day the window was playing up again and I was unable to operate it for around 20 mins. It then happened again 10 days later and I called Protyre to tell them my window was stuck open. I told them I would be taking it to mini to get fixed as I was unable to leave my car unlocked and open due to bad weather incoming, insurance and my work schedule. The area manager deemed it unimportant to speak to me and I was left dealing with the store. I was then told without proof they weren’t prepared to do anything after originally apologising. £600 later to fix the damaged sensor and when mini checked, all the data from of the window/key/lock fault is wiped from my car computer! My car was in full working order when I took it there. I implore you to video your car on pick up and keep written proof of conversations if you’re visiting protyre. I feel scammed to be honest and disappointed as genuine good customer. Be warned. We won’t be returning. The area manager could definitely be better by actually communicating with customers with a complaint and annual leave dates should be made clear instead of expecting someone to be in the next day and then not being back for another week. I thought I’d found a good protyre after the orbital park one tried to get me to pay for an item broken on my petrol car that only comes on a diesel engine! Maybe they’re all the same and higher management need to sort out their business.

I usually give 5* and still recommend and use! However, communication on this occasion was not good enough. Looking at the Protyre website, what I was after was not in stock and so I submitted a web form enquiry, as it suggested. No reply. My follow up email got an apologetic response stating that I would be contacted, which I wasn't. Another repeated web form enquiry also received no reply.... I had specifically requested an email response but received neither that nor a telephone call/ message with information. It eventually transpired that the tyre had been rebranded and was in stock all along, under another name. Perhaps that alone could have been made clear on the website?? But as part of the overall service, online information and response to its own web form on this occasion was lacking. Price and branch tyre work, great!!

I missed my scheduled appointment for MOT but it was rescheduled to another date without incurring any additional expenses and MOT was done swiftly as planned, very happy with their service and will definitely use them again
