Unprofessional!!!! Cancelled an mot the day before car was due to the garage, but didnt actually call, leave a voicemail nor email to let us know. Turn up on saturday morning to find out it won't be going ahead. So the frantic calls began trying to find a garage to fit us in as mot due!! Majority of other garages are closed Saturdays in the area, the few that were open are booked up for 2 weeks-bit obvious as people do tend to book weeks in advance like I did with protyre as availability goes quite quickly. Thankfully managed to get it into another garage that morning, if wasn't so lucky I'd of been without a car for work! The moment the mot was cancelled on the Friday a refund should of been issued right away or at least out of courtsey rebooked it for 1st thing Monday morning! Yet still no refund. The garage has emailed head office and been chasing it up for me but with little luck. If your going to leave people in the dirt at least refund them right away so can get it mot'd at a reliable garage instead. Will not be using Pro tyre again! So much better when Stoddarts had it
