This type of insulation is not universally accepted. The Company Surveyor answered all my questions and convinced me it would resolve the problems in my loft (without adding to them) and has promised to return in a few months and repeat the survey to prove it to me.
The application of the insulation went ahead exactly as planned with minimal disruption and took under 3 hours

Excellent information and advice allowed us to make a positive decision to go ahead with Protec foam insulation. The crew turned up on time and were polite and had a clear objective to get on with the job with start of a initial assessment prior to insulation.
The benefit of the work completed was a government grant with the correct type of insulation we now enjoy a warmer house in general.

From the Survey to getting the job done everything went smoothly. What once was a chore having to go up in the loft is a chore no more! The property feels more cosy. A good job done thank you Ben and the Team.

I can't express how lovely Tom and Graham were. They went above and beyond to help and make it stress free for us.
They were honest that our roof was too wet and told us they wouldn't be able to do the job that day. They organised for a dehumidifier to be brought out the next day. While they were in my loft, they ask if I would like them to bring down my very large collection of Christmas decorations down. I was so greatful to them as they didn't have to do it. We also met two other lads from Manchester also very nice informative guys. Ben was also very informative and helpful.

Excellent service from start to finish. I only had to wait a couple of days for my survey. Ben was very helpful, the ultimate professional, he took time to answer my questions and gave me a detailed explanation of the process of installation & reassured me about my concerns. He assured me that I would definitely find the house would be warmer and it certainly is. He was right!
3 days after my survey, Tim & Craig arrived to install the synthesis spray foam & remove the old fibreglass insulation. Both were again, professional friendly and very efficient.
My documents arrived on time 2 weeks later as I had been informed they would.
I cannot fault the service I received.
Before choosing Protec, I had done a lot of online research and felt reassured by what I had read. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Protec from the service I received which was simply superb. Thank you all.

The staff with whom I had contact were pleasant and pleasing. Th installation proceeded quickly(quicker than I expected!)and without difficulty.

The guys were very polite and did an excellent job with minimum fuss and mess and cleaned op everything before they left.

After a few delays due to shortage of parts, not the fault of the company, the job was done very efficiently and the guys were all very nice and hard working. They explained how it works and set up the app on my phone . Now we just need some sunshine!

When Ben contacted us he was very informative and clear. He explained what the work would entail and answered all our questions very simply. He gave us time and space for us to discuss the possibilities on our own. The work was carried out quickly and everything was cleaned up behind them. It is too early to say whether it impacts on our energy bills but we found immediately that it cut out a lot of the external noise.

I can't tell you how pleased we were with the services provided. Everything was explained in detail and all our questions were answered beforehand.

From start to finish PROTEC, we’re professional, friendly and not at all projecting the hard sell tactics of many companies. Nigel the surveyor was technically extremely knowledgeable, but his explanations were very easy to understand. The installation team were very much the same and very tidy. They involved us in every aspect of the protect and worked diligently to complete their task in 1day. Our electricity cost has halved since installation.

Ben ,your surveyor arrived last week .A charming man who took time and trouble to go through everything with me .Two men arrived this morning , who were very clean and tidy and immediately got on with the job . I'd thoroughly recommend this company .
