A bang up job done.
The 2 workers assigned for the job, where on time, fully explained the process and what was happening.
Totally respected the house and had all correct PPE, allowed me to see the insulation process in operation. After they finished they cleaned up after themselves, made sure all paperwork was done before leaving as well as that I was satisfied no damage had been done during the process.
A good job all round.

I would like to say that the job was carried out proffesionally ..the workmen were very polite ,explained what they would be doing throughout the process .
They were very clean and tidied up after them and have done an amazing job on the loft .The men who done the job for me were kieran and konner (father and son)I can t thank them enough for all there hard work and also the company who were very efficient keeping me posted about the work to be done .

Great workmanship
The 2 lads who came to do the job were great, polite and explained everything to us, they both worked extremely hard during a very hot day, even hotter in the loft, job was completed promptly, and cleanly, would highly recommend.

Application for greenhomes grant
Applied for a green homes grant thru protec .had problems with grant passing .phoned protec for help to sort out problems with greenhomes . Never got back to me . Got so fed up trying to answer questions have give up on grant. Greenhomes grants are a nightmare especially if your 76 Yr old

Thank you for your feedback. As you will be aware and experienced initially the Green Homes Grant scheme was very difficult to navigate. The scheme was rushed into production sooner than had been expected. We are sorry that you felt that this fault laid at our door but as you will see from many of our customers who experienced the same initial troubles this was solely the fault of the Green Homes Grant and that when the vouchers and installs have been completed we have many happy customers. The system has now ended for applications but we have hundreds of accepted vouchers and looking forward to Protec-ting many homes across the UK.

roof is looking good but floor is looking messy still is so many things lying about i thought they will i clear it all i am disappointed to see that
is nearly over 2months i am still waiting they still not rectified the issue yet.
Beware of the level of service provided by this company, and how their office staff treats people. it was included in the contract that they would remove the old insulation, and leave the loft clean, however this was not the case at all. Unfortunately they got paid soon after the service, and after numerous calls to give them a chance to finish the job, I was actually laughed at by someone that answered the phone, and ultimately all my subsequent calls were simply ignored. The whole experience caused me a lot of stress, and I cried in despair on occasions just wanting them to sort this out. I am writing this review in the hope that nobody else has to go through this like I did.

The team was 2-3 hours late
The team was 2-3 hours late, and no one informed us. The install itself was ok. Some corners could be sprayed more as it did not expanded that much. If it would not be under GHG scheme, we would not do that as it is too expensive for such an insulation.
