Absolutely appalling service.
The worst courier company we have ever dealt with! Would not bring the delivery up to our second floor flat and tried to charge us £73 to do so, when the order had free delivery. After checking with their company, they accepted that we don't have to pay anything and were moaning that they can take it up to the first floor only. But the driver had to go out move his van, and they ended up just walking away and drove off, leaving us to take the extremely heavy delivery up two floors ourselves. This is totally unacceptable. Would have put minus five stars if I could. Absolutely appalling service.

According to our records, the booking information we received for your order stated ground or first floor delivery only.
We must be informed in advance if a delivery requires an item to be carried to the second floor or above. This allows us to arrange the appropriate service and ensure the delivery crew is aware of the access requirements before attending the delivery.
