I had a very fragile object delivered. The seller chose your company. I did not and will not ever choose them. It was an antique fire screen with butterflies encased in it. Very fragile. It was wrapped and labeled fragile and marked this end up. However the driver ignored all labels and was clearly rough with it. My daughter watched him bring it into the house upside down and flip over roughly. He clearly had not been careful at all despite instructions. Many of the butterflies inside the case were broken and no longer attached where they were supposed to be. I have before and after photos. It is not reparable. Horrible service. When you pay for something you expect people to do the job you paid for. I would give this company no stars if I could.

Value for money. Excellent customer service, was kept informed throughout by text message from collection to delivery. Delivery drivers very helpful. Took care with items. Recommend without hesitation.

It wasn’t my choice to use this company and I wouldn’t use the by choice again, their tracking app only told me where I was, ie my postcode but didn’t inform me where my parcel was, absolutely useless, Updated delivery time 3 times so 2 hours late, The van when it did arrive looke like is shouldn’t be on the road, battered and within one inch of its knackered life

I was a little unsure with the process which felt a bit disjointed. However, when I phoned them they were very helpful and managed to put my mind at rest. Delivery date was confirmed a couple of days in advance but a time slot not until the delivery day. The two delivery men were on time, friendly and helpful. Overall turned out to be a very good service.

At 84 I am long retired after over 40 years in the antique furniture business so consider I know how to handle valuable pieces of furniture.
First time I have dealt with your company but everything was done to a high professional standard. Several texts advising position of driver and ETA. When arrived I saw all in the back wrapped in blankets and secured with ratchets, your two lads knew what they were doing and had the desk installed where I wanted it in under 10 minutes. A credit to Floriano and his teammate.
I would have no hesitation in recommending your services to anyone wanting items moved throughout the country. Well done Proovia

The delivery team, John and Idris, were great. They phoned to let me know they were on their way.
A wee hiccup with delivery date, but all smoothed over. Proovia staff were courteous and helpful throughout.

Introduce deodorant to your drivers please and also the English language. I have had proovia deliver 3 times in 2 week and the communication is shocking. Broken English and always smelly.
