Excellent Quality At A Reasonable Price
I always enjoy visiting the store when we are in Harrogate. I bought a Pro Cook Blue Steel Pan, really good quality and I know over time will be naturally non stick and is a pan for life. As usual the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The girl at the till made sure I understood what to expect from the pan to manage my expectations.

I knew what I wanted then the assistant…
I knew what I wanted then the assistant packed the wrong knives and was going to charge me for a different set until I told her. I was told a email would be sent for the guarantee. no email came. I rang up and was told the computer system was slow I should receive it eventually but not received as yet. (1 week later)
The shop wasn’t busy so there was no excuse for been rushed or short staffed.
