Staff very helpful and I found what I was looking for

Pleasant and helpful staff.

The customer service,my new jars were wrapped with great care.

This isn’t a store that we would normally use but nipped in during a visit to Canterbury. We did make a purchase on the basis of the product knowledge and helpfulness of the assistant who served us

I visited the Canterbury branch - a beautifully set out shop with well made products at realistic prices, sometimes excellent bargains, served by attentive and well trained staff. Unfortunately, I had to return an item because it wasn't compatible with an induction hob - my fault for not checking properly - but the refund was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Thank you. I look forward to another visit.
