The Knowledge of Katie (who served us) about the products we were looking at helped to make the decision of which ones were the best for us. The pans and crockery we brought were all of excellent quality and all the staff were very helpful

Wife and I were in Canterbury for the day. Passed by Pro Cook's store and decided to go in; we were in need of updating most of our pots and pans.

Immediately greeted in a friendly and positive way from a gent. Told us he was on call once we were ready.

Store layout was clean and well set out, making browsing easy and alluring. Katie then approached us and stayed by our side, in a positive way, as we started to make decisions based on her clear, knowledgable advice.

£500 later, we made some serious purchases and left with a stash of good quality gear, based on our needs and we're thrilled!

The store deserves praise, as does Katie, for her easy manner, which almost certainly led to us spending the value we did.

For its alway about customer relations and how people procieve to interact with its customers since I'm only a visitor here and the gentleman that servered my he was polite and curtious friendly and gave a service that I myself give to customers when serving them

The quality of the items is not good compared to the price

I can only say that I chose the best product — it’s absolutely top-notch, without a doubt. It made the job so much easier, and on top of that, it’s incredibly easy to clean.

On the flat side, I roasted vegetables — aubergines and red peppers — and all the burnt-on residue came off instantly when I added a little warm water after I’d finished. It literally started bubbling and blistering, and all the burnt bits lifted straight off.

On the grill side, I cooked a few steaks and they turned out delicious.

Best investment ever! Especially now, with the BBQ restrictions because of the fire risk, it’s absolutely perfect for anyone who loves grilling.

I wanted a pan, you had a pan to sell, l bought it. Perfect.

Only once have I failed to find exactly what I was looking for in this shop. On this visit, the two items that I was seeking were immediately produced like a rabbit out of a hat by a helpful and friendly member of staff.
