Hard gainer 44yrs old, 6’4”, 190lbs, 10% body fat. Fitness advisor sold me $5k of product claiming I would gain 20-30 lbs in six months. Six months later I lost 5 lbs. no gains in energy, strength, or size. Pretty much pissed away $5k down the toilet.

I’ve been taking primal for over 3 months now going to the gym I honestly haven’t seen any gains at all this is garbage.

First thing is no matter what you take you have to go to the gym and put some time in. This was not an over night miracle. Maybe in couple weeks my strength went up big time. I went from benching 225 some what max weight for me up to 315 I started lifting. Every muscle was different and better. I ran out of the 191xt. I was thinking im good. We'll my strength went down, down. Its now 6months down the road. Now im at the gym benching 225 I can't even do 3 of 12 like i was doing. What is going on with me. I remember I was on 191xt when I was doing well. I bought it again to see was this my help. My strength is coming back up after a week im noticing a difference. I don't know but it seems to be helping me, but your going to have to keep buying to keep this going. Perhaps you can skip a little time in between bottles. It dose work. I hope this helps people.

I would recommend this company's products. I've had nothing but positive experiences with this company. Representatives always seem to be knowledgeable.

Man, I was just gonna give all this a zero star if I could I haven’t even received my order yet, but I already received a call from one of the representative talking to me about their product like I’m fairly new back to the gym. No, I work 10 hour shifts so by the time I’m ready to go to gym. I’m exhausted, but representative was so rude and bad manner that he was still pushing their products and trying to get me to purchase it by the end of it he said and I quote wow I never heard anyone buy themselves on their best. They could be OK. Give us a call when you’re ready to be a man when I get my shipment. I’m just gonna give it to our gym friend and try and break even on what I purchased for it I will never put any of their products in my body if the people who are taking this have such bad manners.

Ryan called me to tell me I ordered the wrong thing, tried to upsell me on something else, and then refused to cancel my original incorrect order. "No uh i didnt mean to cnacel the original. they go good together. Buy this too!" Tried to cancel myself through the phone number on the website and email, no response to either. Scam.

I ordered the ABC stack and when I got it it was a baby bottle of creatine and the smallest known bottle of 191xt known to man. I mean talk about false advertisement I'm very up set at the size of my supps spent more than 200 and the smallest containers I've eeeeeverrrr seen! NEVER AGAIN!!!! BUYER BEWARE! TRY NUTRASTOP GOOD SUPPS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE GOOD COMPANY.

Can’t leave 0 there’s no option. Worst rip off company don’t waste your money. They make believe they care not. They make believe there coaching you and any questions just call them. Big problem with that they don’t answer there phone or messages. Take my word don’t bother!

I have seen strength gains when I started taking 191xt. I work 2 jobs and when I have my free time to relax and work out I have made gains in my strength and the bottle of 191xt has lasted longer than a month. I have become faster in my job that requires a lot of movement and physicality. I have order a bottle of Cyclost3 and can’t wait to see the results of that. I recommend 191xt if you’re willing to push yourself. It’s not magic but a determination and the will to seek strength.

First off. Primal Muscle has legit stuff. You have to workout hard to see more gains. I have been working out since 18 and I am 47 now. I have noticed more energy on their supplements and a great pump. Once I hit a plateau Primal Muscle helps me overcome that. I feel a lot stronger more mental focus and I am lifting more than i ever would. Prime Muscle Supplements are legit and do the job period.

My husband talked to them. Spent a ton of money and no results. Arrogant sales people who became condescending when questioned! Scott and Rick were invasive with text messages blowing up our phone! Do not fall for this scam!

I have had great customer service with Primal. If they try to upsell you something there is a word for that. No. But I will say this, the products that I have used are the real deal. I have used the Tridenosen H and the 191XT and a little over a month have seen significant endurance and strength.

Hey I was impressed... I placed an order, they put me on the repeat order list. I called them told em I was just trying the stuff out. Had a refund withing the hour and they told me to keep the bottle being shipped... No complaints here...

Made a return and still waiting on refund. At this point I’m going to have to make a claim with my credit card. Horrible service.

Product are real deal. I can say that seen tremendous improvement in just a month. Yes they call and try sell you more products, but the spray helped me more than anything.

Horrendous, I mean non-existent service unless, of course, they want something from you, like selling more products. I have been waiting several weeks for a refund, and they will not answer their phones or message you, nor will they even acknowledge the returns. I will file a dispute with the credit card company and Consumer Fraud Division. Very poorly run business. Stay away!

If I could I would leave NO stars . Ordered a bottle of creatine and a few hrs almost 9pm while I'm relaxing from a hard days work ,there sales man calls me up pretty much shading me for not getting other products and only buying creatine. He even went as far as to tell me creatine doesn't do "s--t"
... very unprofessional and use of profanity the entire conversation. Never ever again !!!

I ordered a product from primal muscle to try and they called me two days later to up sell this product charged me more than what I agreed to also put me on repeat order that I didn't agree to non of they telephone numbers work and that haven't replied to any of my emails don't trust this company

In my opinion, this company is horrible. They have shady business practices including calling you to scam you to buy more and more from them. With their hard-sell approach, horrible customer service, and terrible management, you’d do well to avoid them. Just do a search for the company name and “scam.”
