I purchased the product Myo Grow that offered some spectacular results. There was that any day no hassle refund if you had no results or if you weren't satisfied in any way. I didn't get any results at all, so I emailed customer service and asked my refund. They sent me a form email saying that we don't always get the results we want and keep pushing and the results will come. I called them on their guarantee and hassle-free refund and they sent me an email assuring me that it's been forwarded to their technical team and they will be getting back to me with a response and a resolution. They've ignored me for the last 10 days. Their company is as total scam, the product is not legitimate, their customer service is absolutely terrible, and they lie about their guarantee. Do not deal with this company and do not take their product. If I could give a zero I would.

Purchase product and the number is disconnected. I was looking to get refunded as the product does nothing after taking it for 90 days. No contact # on bottle no return shipping label when it arrived and the woman who called to offer me more bottles right after my initial purchase seemed like an odd thing to do.

Would give zero stars if possible. I placed an order on 17 Oct 2025. The company reached out to me via email to state their courier is unable to deliver to my address in Guam even though a previous order on 28 Jun 2025 was delivered. I replied I don’t have an additional delivery address so please cancel the order. The company “escalated” my order to help resolve delivery issues. After hearing nothing for a couple of weeks, I reached out to them on 4 Nov 2025 and they canceled my order and sent a refund notification. As of 18 Nov 2025, the refund has not been received and the company has not responded to 2 additional requests for follow up. I have disputed the transaction with my credit card issuer and am awaiting a response. Avoid this company at all costs.

When I asked for a refund within their advertised time frame 90 days they told me that they could only give me 20% of what I paid which I refuse
Plus their product did nothing for me
Total rip off any way you look at it

These guys sent a delivery notice with pictures of my personal address and the address of the actual delivery which is a block and a half away from my actual home. When I went to the atp several times that it was delivered too I could not get ahold of someone. I have the picture proof they sent me with both my address and the address they supposedly delivered to but they still are telling me it was properly delivered. I can’t tell you if it works or not because I never received the order and they will not send another or refund my money. Worst company to deal with hands down. Do not trust this company at all.

First off, the MYO-GROW product is a complete scam. It does not work, and I fear the dark red capsule may actually contain a hazardous substance.
Second, customer service is beyond terrible. I bought the product with the express understanding that there was a 180-day trial period. I contacted them 10 times asking for return instructions and how to get my money back and all they would do is send me emails saying they were working on. Then, once I was outside the 180 window, they sent me an email saying I did not ask for the return in time. I have contacted my credit card company. This company is a fraud as far as I am concerned.

As with previous reviewer, they don’t honour their money back guarantee and customer services are non existent. The product, like most of these enhancement supplements on the market is an over priced placebo at best - avoid at all costs!
