After my order I didn't receive a confirmation email, nor did I receive a reply when I emailed them the following day. This led me to believe that this company is not legit. Not a good feeling when you've spent a lot of money. I did however get a text from Parcelforce and was able to track my parcel. My order arrived perfectly fine and was very well packed. Prestige Drinks could do with improving their customer service.

Ordered a personalised bottle of champagne. The gift was supposed to be sent direct to the recipient but instead came to me. As per other reviews, no email to confirm the order itself or dispatch. Only update came from the courier. Extremely disappointed with the actual engraving. Some of the text went across the label on the bottle and the paint was across several areas of the bottle too. I had to use baby wipes to make the bottle presentable. Definitely an over-priced gift and service for what is ultimately delivered. Very disappointed as what you get is in no way reflected by what is shown on the website.

Ordered engraved bottle of JD £67 , no confirmation of order, no email, no communication, began to think I’d been conned, tried to contact them, phone line is dead , no response to emails, product did however arrive in advertised timescales, customer service however non existent

I would give zero stars if there was an option. I spent £100 on an engraved bottle of rum and paid for faster delivery for my friends birthday this Saturday. Their phone number is inactive, they have not responded to 5 of my emails and when you log in it says you have no orders so you cannot track. There isn’t even an option to trackso that’s pointless too. Regrettably I’ve had to resort to seeking legal advise and there is no way of speaking with this imaginary company. Very worrying that they say “open as usual” and taking money still but not responding to anyone. Still non the wiser if this present will turn up at all. Disgraceful customer service. That is if this is even a company.....

I ordered bottle of whisky on 21st July to be engraved, the money was taken from my account on 22nd July. To date I have had no correspondence from them I have sent 2 emails with no reply. I found this to be very unprofessional and have now lost money to this so called Prestige Company.

Ordered a expensive bottle of Whiskey £217 which showed in stock. Then a week later had email to advise they could not get one from suppliers, however they had another of the same whisky in stock at £40 more expensive.
They did however refund my purchase.
I felt quite angered that it showed in stock on their website when either it was not the case or they just wanted to Jack the price up.
I bought the same bottle from another supplier today and not sure if I would use this company again.

I'm glad I didn't let the negative reviews influence my decision.

Customer service and reponse from Keley was top notch. Ordered on Wednesday late afternoon, received Friday morning.

Product is AMAZING worth every penny with box wrapped beautifully. Can't believe how clear the engraved photo is! My partner will love this! Thank you

Paid £60 for a bottle of drink with personalisation for my wedding anniversary for my husband. No email confirming order no email confirming dispatch then it arrives in a brown cardboard box with the actual box for the drink stuffed inside the box and badly damaged!! The personalisation is very hard to read and the bottle is filthy with marks right beside the personalisation that cannot be removed. I’ve emailed the company and had no response I will not be buying from them again

Bad product, even worse customer service. Do not use this company unless you want to waste your money and then get ignored when you try to contact them. Over £100 wasted and in the pockets of these people.

I ordered 12 bottles of a specific, hard to find, Japanese beer from Prestige as it was out of stock elsewhere. The price was very reasonable, especially once the 12 bottle discount was factored in, and the delivery charge was reasonable. The package arrived within 72 hours and the internal packing that was used to keep the bottles secure was awesome. Flawless service. I will certainly use them again.

Personal customer care that is so rare nowadays.
I messaged them after placing my order for some, out of the ordinary requests. I wasn't even confident i'd get a reply.
To my surprise I got a friendly reply within minutes from Keeley who to my surprise went out of my way to accommodate all my requests.

They will be my go to retailer now without hesitation!
