They were amazing! I emailed them as my order was specific the lady who would reply to my emails was amazing. They also sent it quick.

I was looking for something special to send for a 40th Birthday, and found it on Prestige Drinks website. I had some trouble placing the order online and phoned them for help. Great customer service from Keeley who took the time and effort to make sure I could place my order. I have had a great experience with this company and would happily recommend.

Leaky bottle received which was disappointing in itself but owner had no interest in helping and will not offer a return/replacement or refund and was very very aggressive which make the situation even more upsetting.

Having read the reviews I as a bit dubious, however not sure what they are talking about.
Ordered an engraved bottle of Whiskey and 2 glasses. Came very quickly, incredibly well packed, engraving looks great so all in all very very good.
Had confirmation emails, confirmation on delivery and everything - cant fault them.

Don't be duped by the fancy website. What you get is not quite what is shown. Really expensive gift that I'd definitely not value for money. Clearly they please some people but my word the finished product is truly woeful. The lack of communication and non-existent customer service is shocking. Complaints ignored via social media. Order and part with your money at your own risk. Expect an inferior, poorly finished product in return. So disappointed.

Bought an expensive bottle as a Christmas present for partners family. Wrapped the box, they opened it on Christmas day to find a leaking bottle, highly embarrassing as you can imagine. Customer service was dreadful, a normal company would of at least offered a new bottle straight away... no I had to get my partners family to send a leaking bottle back, not sure what they will do with a leaking bottle (had to ask for a pre-paid stamp as they just expected my partners family to pay for this too) and only then would they send a new bottle out. Not even a gesture voucher or anything to apologise for this highly inconvenient mess up on their side.

DO NOT USE GO ELSEWHERE - I also never write reviews but I have to as this was such a bad experience.

ABSOLUTELY THRILLED with this bottle of Perrier Jouet Belle Epoque Rose Champagne. It`s my son and daughter-in-law`s favourite tipple but is only enjoyed on very special occasions. Prestige Drinks not only supplied the exact year of their wedding but personalised the bottle too. What a wonderful present and keepsake and service. Thank-you so very much.

Honestly stunned! Had a personalised photo placed on a litre bottle of Jack Daniels with a quote and it arrived within three days! Amazing customer service as well, when I phoned after not getting confirmation on my order! Thank you again!

Do not purchase the engraved drinks bottles! I was made to believe the engraving would be on the face of the bottle, under the logo. When it arrived, it was on the back of the bottle right at the bottom and tiny. In fact I thought I had paid a fortune for an ordinary vodka bottle until I eventually found the engraving. Really disappointed!

Based all the way in Australia, wanted to get my dad something special for his 60th and came across this page. The service from Keeley and the team were fantastic.superfast delivery, communication was great in checking where to be posted and on image quality checks. Super chuffed with the end product.would highly recommend

I ordered a 70cl bottle of Courvoisier XO, as a gift of gratitude, for accommodating me temporary housing. The bottle arrived within 10 working days and, despite limited space when deciding what to be engraved, the engraving was improved upon by allowing spacing between words that was omitted at the time, due to exceeding the number of characters.
Admittedly, I checked for reviews after ordering from Prestigedrinks.com and became anxious at my decision but, after emailing Prestigedrinks.com on the 7th day as no notification was received as the the day of delivery, a date was given which the bottle arrived in a well packaged box that contained the drink in its original box. LandLady was extremely pleased, as too I.

I was worried about using this company as had some terrible reviews on here. However, my transaction was perfect. Ordered a Whiskey that wasn’t available on many on websites. Got a confirmation email (in spam) and pretty much immediate tracked postage details and arrived 2 days quicker than other larger and better sites!

I recently purchased a bottle of personalised tequila from the website as a present. It arrived on time and they done everything for me that i asked for. The service was great and i will definitely buy drinks from them for other occasions. Thanks Keeley for her great service.

bottle & engraving-fine. paid for delivery so that it would arrive in time for a birthday-failed. paid for a 'presentation box'-another fail, lid completely split.
Have conrtacted them by email and left voice messages, with absolutely no response from them. i am sure that if all goes well no one is any the wiser, but things do go wrong-look at the reviews- and that is when you get a real reflection of a company/customer service.

I’m so impressed with this company and it’s amazing service. It has turned what would have been a much welcome gift into an amazingly personal keep sake. I have used this company before and I will use it again.
The first bottle I bought I also purchased one of their wooden boxes to put the bottle in. He loved the box as much as the whisky

I’m honestly so shocked to read all the bad reviews because I had the most amazing experience with them! I ordered 3 bottles and all with photo engraving, they’re all fantastic. Keeley in customer service went above and beyond for me. Especially as I live in Australia. The items arrived incredibly well packed and arrived well before Christmas, nothing was to much trouble for her!
I’ll definitely be ordering from them again and will be gladly recommending them!

Say they have items in stock when they don’t. Finally when item in stock it’s damaged and no discount offered and won’t / can’t source another. Had paid express delivery - they allow you to do that when they don’t have item in stock. Finally when you write a google review they email you and say because of the poor review they are not sending the item out. Absolute disaster of a business with really rubbish customer service.

Awful. They conned me!!!paid £100 for a bottle of tequila and it looked NOTHING like what I saw online. When it arrived I felt embarrassed, it was tacky and cheap looking.
What a waste of money, and I’m too embarrassed to give it to my friend for his birthday tomorrow.

Massively underwhelming experience. Order placed, no confirmation. Repeatedly checked inbox and spam folders to no avail. Only communication received was from the delivery company.

The engraved message was not set out as I ordered. I wanted 'To Dad, Merry Christmas' but instead got 'MERRY CHRISTMAS DAD'. The use of capital letters looked awful and not as ordered. Be careful that your message will not be engraved as requested. The T&Cs, which I checked later, does state they have the right to change your requested message.

I also wouldn't recommend wasting your money on a gift box, which is cheaply made, very flimsy and an expensive addition to your order. Definitely one to avoid.
